In fact, you guys, I think for now I'll just be sticking to one-off character auctions. My actually adoptables barely get any attention, and when they do, it's a short phase [see: the Sleipnir Boom of, i don't know, last year?], so one off adoptables seem like a lot healthier and less stressful endeavor. If you check my gallery, have one up already that doesn't have any offers. I'm working on a character that I'll be auctioning a sister of her's off too.
