my friend's brother went to Tokyo in Tulsa and got it for meh!!!
there where two voice actors for hetalia there one was france's and I don't know who the other was

You can buy those in a shop in London. Strangest thing is, the shop is only in London; not other countries. I suppose you have more anime and manga shops across the ocean, though :c The British aren't exactly opento new things; we're very isolated and standoff-ish, see.
