Why should you be a mod?: I've been an admin, mod, and artist for several species. I started in kiamaras being a regular artist and was offered being an admin for my over-all willingness to help. I am better with being behind the scenes, PMing people strikes/bans/warnings and answering questions one might have. I can communicate with staff well and able to handle stressful situations. I've handled people throwing "tantrums" and helped issues be solved as well as negotiate.

I do not believe I am biased, I have told friends no and even had to deal with a couple who were fuming with rage over a rule or staff decision. I didn't let them slide. I don't consider myself biased in contests if help is needed considering I've chosen winners I don't know and users I don't personally like, and though I realize a few friends have won my contests, I will not exclude them just because I know them.

I am on 18 hours a day and usually deal with important PMs first before anything else. I'm usually timely with responses, if not as soon as possible. Though I will be getting pretty busy soon with real life, I will still be able to help mod and answer questions someone may have. I don't think this will happen, but if I end up being too busy to mod, I will let you know in advance and not fall off the face of the earth.

Most people are aware I do art for a living, but because I've done this I have been able to really interact with all sorts of people and situations. I like to think I'm friendly and kind, but I do know I have what I call a "professional hat" in which I will present myself as professionally as I am able to anyone in any situation.

Why should you be a mod?:
I do have past experience with modding, as well as assisting ;v;
I really love Plumerians, and I would love to have a way to assist the community for them as well as assist you ^^
I'm also online most of the time, and I tend to stalk the plumie threads ;v; I definitely want everyone that wants a plumerian to get a chance, and if people have questions or any concerns, i'd love to help them with that ^^ Plus it'll definitely relieve you of some stress, so that's a bonus c:

I'm pretty friendly and easy going, but if it comes to a point, I can definitely be serious as well as fair. I'm also part of the staff at the SCAA, and I help people out with their forms. So even if there's a problem, I can definitely find a way to help a user out, as well as give them some tips and advice to solving whatever the issue is c:

Right now, customs are only for the staff! Don't forget to read the rules next time!~ Sometimes, you can win them in events, though! I'd definitely recommend keeping an eye out for the next event to get a chance at getting a custom! Good luck with getting a custom, I'd definitely love to see it if you get one c:

I'm terribly sorry that you lost the Plumerian, but keep in mind that there can only be one winner. Whenever you enter a competition, remember that you're not always going to win. Please do not guilt-trip or whine about losing, though. You may be upset, but consider how the judges and the winner feels! You definitely wouldn't want someone to guilt-trip you if you win. How about looking over your form and try to see where it could have used improvement. If you really want to, feel free to PM me or the judge(s) on what you could have done to improve your form. It wouldn't hurt to ask, and i'm sure that they'd be glad to give you some tips and pointers!

I hope you decide to enter again for another Plumerian, and I wish you luck ^^

Why should you be a mod?: As experience goes, I think I'm pretty set, I've had little moderating jobs here and there, I've also been an archivist. I'm a pretty-laid back person on a daily basis, and from other's opinion I'm a pretty nice, joking person. Also, the rules are no problem for me to follow or enforce, and I don't like people being expections, so you wouldn't have to worry about rules at all in my department. Time-wise, I get on 5-7 hours maximum and 1-3 hours minimum and because my schedule is pretty clear, I'll usually get daily. If I am away from home, without WiFi, etc., and when I am off for long periods of time, I'll give you all the details that you need to know about my absense. [ I'll probably contact you and put it in my signature. ] I personally think I'd work well as a mod is that I don't like to have problems with people, so I have little to none at all times, and I'd do my moderator job when needed, then kick-back and chat like a normal user until I'm needed again.

Also, the judging of plumerians are unbiased, it matters what’s within the form not the user posting the form. Lastly, please remove your comment, as it was very rude; try to put yourself in the winner's shoes.

Well, sorry you feel that way, but all judging is unbiased and plumerian forms depend on content within the form, not the actual user posting the form. The staff have no advantage at winning a plumerian than you do.
