Pure BloodIn Histories Such as TheirsKaZam was a mare specially bred and raised for the purity of her bloodline. To preserve the perfection of the Artemis Arabians, her breeders paid special attention to the dam and the sire, and were paid back in full with the gift of the misty little filly. Her name quickly arose once her breeders noted the brilliant blue coloring of her irises, and she was considered a gift from Allah, being one of their first in the plans for a breeding program to keep the purity of the lines alive and strong.
KaZam, as she was affectionately called, was allowed to run wild across the dunes with several other yearlings as she grew up, and only at the age of two and a half was she actually introduced to a halter fr the first time, as the breeders handed her over to the trainers. Through the years, KaZam became a talented mare; well disciplined in endurance races through the dunes of the desert, and a master of many different riding techniques and styles. Only once she had reached the age of 7 years did her owners decide to retire her from her usual duties, and began planning out her future breeding plans, as one of the foundation mares of their purest lines. For How Would Their Personalities Live On,KaZam is in all moderation a quite sweet and affectionate mare. Well-Mannered and never sloppy, she seems to be a perfect lady. KaZam is still, however, imbued with the natural fire of the Arabian breed, and although at day or in civilization, she would never put a hoof astray; when she is turned loose amongst the vast stretches of sand, or free to roam underneath the full moon at night; she kicks up her heels and races with the wind, romping and rejoicing in the sand under the stars, as her ancestors were rumored to have done.If They Were To Leave No Heirs? No Foals Yet☂Extra☂Just wanted to say thank you so much for this opportunity, and she is so very gorgeous! <3 I really hope this works haha. Keep up with the creating of these horses, and if there is any way I can help spread the word or help in any other way, I would be honored! ^-^ Ciao
~Mikasa~ wrote:Username: ~Mikasa~Name: I chose Eunice to be this lovely Arabian's name,
because the meaning is a latinized form of the greek name
Eunike, which meant "Good Victory".
Due to the competitive nature of this mare,
the name suits her well as she likes to advance
in competitions with flying colors.Number: She had been numbered #0010
Gender: This lovely gal is certainly Mare
Coloring: Mottled Grey w Somatic Mutation, and she
looks as lovely as ever.
Height: She is quite tall and comes in at a whopping 16.3hh
Age: Its been 7 years since her birthEvents: She loves the smooth qualities of dressage but can't deny the thrills of cross country and the crowd for show jumping, making her a perfect eventer.Personality: Eunice is what many people
call spunky and she certainly is an independent mind
that prefers to float freely along like the wind around
us. With a beautiful step and a flowing mane and tail,
she can't help but attract the attention of many and
luckily this girl loves all the attention she can get and
gives an occasional head toss to satisfy the crowds of
people.Quick Story: Eunice took off onto the cross country course
with elegant long strides that ate up the ground below
her as her rider aimed her toward the first jump. Just
her luck. A corner hedge jump. Lowering her head she
responded to her riders nudge forward and took off and
jumped when the signal was given. Soaring over the
green bush below her, she hardly glanced back as she
continued the course confidently over ditches and
up the many banks, not to mention the open water jumps.
The crowds gather at the water jumps as they are the
most difficult and if completed correctly, the most
beautiful. Gaining pace as they approached the pool of
water, she flew over the first jump landing in the water
below with a splash and five strides later she was over a
bank and onto land. Very simple. Her mind was now set
on the upcoming jumps.
