Her current name is Star. I don't know if I'm allowed to change it, but if I could, it would be Griffith. She's not named after the book series, but she's named after a street. All the houses have a small tint of pink, so I thought that this would be perfect <3

In the Fairy World/Mark 2 or World 1, there are three different types of griffins: The Royal ones, the Sun ones, and the Exploerer ones. Star is one of the Sun ones. The Suns have either full or half markings of the blazing star.

Why would you like this character/What will you do for this character?:
I would want this character because of her simplicity. Although simplicity may not always be the right thing, she does carry something I haven't noticed in a character for a while. Maybe it's her design, which makes her look amazing and so majestic. Her species interests me on so many levels as well. I, personally, would like her to be welcomed into a warm family with a good home that possesses equality of love throughout.

She will get all the attention I can probably give her, which means making and ordering loads of art. She will most likely be the center of attention in my signature for a while. Star may be the last Tiru family member, and that's where I can start my story. Each character, including Star, will have her own page, where I write everything about her, including every single one of her likes and dislikes, etc.
Personality:
Different:
Everyone in the Fairy World likes to follow orders and do things exactly the same. Unlike them, Star likes to change a few things up to make a better outcome. She could care less if anyone looked at her funny because of her differences. She just wanted to be herself. What's even more different from the other griffins, is that she doesn't like her role. Sun griffins are supposed to serve two roles: the ones making items for use or the ones who control the weather. She wanted to be an Explorer, where she could see the world herself, which leads onto the next personality trait.
Mysterious:
Star usually likes to leave people hanging in her own made up stories. She does the same thing when she meets people. What also makes this griffin 'mysteriouse', is that during the times where she's supposed to be making items, she leaves, and no one knows where she could have been. All they know is that she's always back when it's time to control the weather.
Creative:
Although Star doesn't like being apart of the 'Sun' group, it doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy making unique murals! She can paint a whole picture in her head, then copy it exactly on anything. Star can mix colors in her head, so she knows what to use for her mural. She enjoys doing this because only 5 other griffins were artists, who had the same ability. They were in Star's family tree.
Comforting:
Just because Star is always gone, doesn't mean she isn't, when someone is hurt or sad. Somehow, she always finds out and always cheers them up in any way possible. There has never been a failure at hand, which is why she is one of the King and Queen's favorite griffins.
Happy:
'Happy' as a personality trait? What?! Yes, there is never one day where Star is unhappy. Honestly, just because she dislikes being a Sun griffin, it doesn't mean she doesn't have a good time being one. Truth to be told, she doesn't even try to be happy. It just naturally comes, which is something you don't see very often anymore.
History:
{Although the parts seem like it's present-day, it really isn't. Star is now 67 in griffin years. Usually they can live over 350 years}
The Beginning
It all started on the morning of August 1st, a very warm and sunny day. Being the first child of the growing family, they had bright hopes for her, as soon as they saw her markings. Never had they been so happy in their life! Their first child, and hopefully, not the last. She instantly knew how to crawl and smile.
1 Week since the Beginning
This very week, is when they found out that their baby, Star, was an early bird. That very week, she woke up everyday at 6 in the morning, which was very early, considering her parents woke at whatever time they pleased. It was later reported by their neighbors that she was found crawling on their yard, giggling with excitement.
1 Month since the Beginning
Star, the spoiled and only child of the family, started to learn how to fly at this time. "C'mon Starry, you can do it," Her father spoke encouragingly, as he perched onto the very branch that Star was about to jump off and glide on into the sun. She inhaled slightly, then closed her eyes. Spreading her small wings, she leaped and jumped off, flying through the sky. Slowly, her eyes were open, and the wind was flying through her feathers. Never had she been so happy in the month that she had lived in.
6 Months since the Beginning
It was mid-day, and the weather was a little cold. She learned that griffins do not hibernate in their world. She was now more independent than before. Her parents learned over these past 6 months, that their griffinling was interested in the outdoors. Walking down the path, Star came upon another griffinling, about her size, but royal purple, with a crown markings on her wings. She couldn't resist introducing herself and ran over. "Hi!" The royal purple griffin looked up and smiled. "Hello there! My name is Faerie. Please to meet you!" Star was surprised by Faerie's introduction. "My name is Star. Faerie is an awesome name. Say... What's with that crown marking on your wing?" Star peered at the tiny wings, sitting down to listen. "I'm a royal griffin, you see. Baby Princess Faerie of the Fairy World. Or Mark 2 of World 1." She shyly stood up, spreading her wings. 'Oh. Maybe her wings aren't that small after all,' Star thought, amazed by Faerie's sudden spread of wings. "What are you doing out of the castle then?" "Shhhh it's a secret." And with that, she flew away.
1 Year since the Beginning
It had been exactly one month since Faerie's last visit. It was time for her to come again. She was never late! Star sat back on the front porch of her house. "Starry! I'm here!" It was Faerie, who had grown a little since last time. "What a lovely sunset. I miss seeing it." "Oh? I thought that being a princess, you can have whatever view you liked." "Huh, I wish. It's horrible being a princess. I don't have time to sleep! I have to train to be a queen. Proper etiquette and everything. It's so boring." That was then, when Star realized that she didn't like her role as a Royal. "Squee! Is that Princess Faerie?!" A griffin about their size flew over, wearing a hat. That meant that she was an explorer. "Guys! I miss you!"

'Who was this griffin?' Star searched back into her memories. "Oh! It's you, Tabitha. Faerie remember her?" "Of course, we were best friends."
3 Years since the Beginning
There was nothing much going on except Tabitha, Faerie, and Star constantly meeting together once a month on the exact date. Well, this is when they started doing what the griffins in their group do.
5 Years since the Beginning
At the start of this year, Star knew that doing everything the same way as everyone else was getting boring. She needed to change her styles up. 'Maybe paint this color on instead of this one?' She messed up a few times, but she knew she was going to amaze everyone with her skills, so it was definitely worth it.
10 Years since the Beginning
"Look at that girl. She's crazy!" "Yea, she's daft. Bonkers, even." The griffins of her age were mumbling about Star and her differences. She just smiled, walking towards the 'finished' pile, to set down her newly made objects. It was time to go home. She stretched her wings and lifted off, just realizing something. She disliked her role of being a Sun griffin, just like Faerie. They both wanted to be Explorers. She knew exactly what to do.
10 Years and 5 Months since the Beginning
"C'mon!" Pleaded Tabitha. "There's this new expedition coming up, where we Explorers have to find out everything about our designated area. I can't do it alone... And you guys want to be Explorers... So why not come with me? Pretty please with a cherry on top?" "Tabi, you know I would love to, but what about the royal duties? They'd be freaking out that I'm not there!" Faerie shook her head, then glanced over at Star. "You can always leave a note saying that you will come back. Oh, and don't forget to mention that you're out pursuing your dreams." Tabi chuckled, "And you have an older sibling. It's not like you were going to be the Queen here anyway... No offence." Faerie sighed and flew off back home to start her letter. "Are you saying this starts in a month?" Star said. "Yes." "Perfect. In time for our meeting."
10 Years and 6 Months since the Beginning
"Mom, Dad?" Star walked towards their quaint kitchen. "I need to tell you something. I will be gone for 5 years, maybe more. I hope you guys understand." She waited for a response, but the minutes seemed to pass slowly. Soon, Star was up the stairs to her small room, packing a pencil and a notepad and her beloved stuffed cloud toy. Fastening the small bag to her waist, she looked at herself from head to toe. She was ready.

It turned nighttime quickly. Faerie and Tabitha were already waiting at her front door. "Ready?" Tabitha smiled. "Yes," Faerie and Star whispered. "Let's go!" Tabitha yelled, gliding into the air. Not knowing what to do, Star quickly followed. This would be the start of their journey to make history.
15 Years since the Beginning
The three were still mapping out and collecting specimens. "Wow, this is so tiring," Faerie sat down, trying to convince the others to sit down with her. "Don't worry Faerie, we'll be back in no time. 2 months max?" Star smiled hopefully. Faerie didn't say anything, as she followed Star. Tabitha gasped. "Guys. We have to go back. FLY!" Before Star and Faerie knew what was up, they flew as fast as their wings could take them. "What is it?" "The Dark Shroud! We've reached the end of our world!"
15 Years and 3 Months since the Beginning
The three were sitting in a clearing at night, eating their dinner. "I can't believe it," Star began. "We were just... We were about to be engulfed by the Dark Shroud." "Yea," Tabitha responded. "It was just a myth a whole millennium ago, but we really found it. Can you believe it?" Faerie smiled, flying up. "This has been the best time of my life. Too bad it's going to be the same again after we head back." "That's it," Star mumbled. "All we gotta do is head back to the castle and our houses now, drop off notes about us going out again, and there we go!" They all nodded. "Wait a minute, what about the Dark Shroud? We spent a good 5 years looking for it and we're just gonna leave it there?" Tabitha looked offended, trying to look at Faerie for help. "We drop off two notes at the castle. One about me, one about the Dark Shroud. We have to do it fast or they'll catch us."
20 Years since the Beginning (Sudden switch to first person)
As I flew onto my tree, I looked out at the castle. Bustling about as usual. "I believe they found out about or discovery," Faerie smiled, looking a little lost. "It's okay," I whispered. Tabitha then walked in, really startled. "Guys. Do you realize that the discovery was really risky for us? We live so close to the city and everyday they're sending out a group of griffins to check out the shroud. If they find us, we're dead!" I couldn't believe what Tabitha said. How could she be such a pessimist? "They have already explored our area once. They're not going to do it again. We don't live close to the shroud anyway!" Faerie suddenly objected. We had never seen her do something like this.
30 Years since the Beginning
Faerie was becoming her own person. She was actually becoming the person she was destined to be. No more jokes, no more pranks. She was becoming our queen. One night, Tabitha sneaked over to my tree when we were supposed to be sleeping. I was up, thinking about Faerie. "Psst!" I turned over quickly, facing Tabitha. The color almost drained from my face. "What?!" I whispered. "We need to talk about Faerie. She's so... Look, it's been 10 years. I am not going to deal with this any more." "I thought we already a talk about this. I'm not going to say anything." I turned back over to turn away from Tabitha. When does she get that enough is enough? There was a long silence. Then: "I'm leaving." I gasped. "Leaving us?!" She nodded. "I can't deal with her anymore. She's just... rude." I had to convince her to stay. If she left, I would be alone with our future queen. I would also miss Tabbi a lot.
35 Years since the Beginning
Well look at my luck! Tabitha, the one and only, stayed with us. We eventually had a talk with Faerie about her behavior, and she took the advice in very well. She was a better self now. Everything was just perfect until...
35 Years and 1 Month since the Beginning
The guards came to search in our trees. When we heard of this, we fled. We could not find another place, and it was hard. We almost had to leave Faerie behind because of her daily tantrums... great. "This is going to get worse," Tabitha whispered to me.
