The neck and head seems to be held in a slightly akward position, from my perspective. Plus the fact the mane stops short of the ears, but continues past it threw me for a loop their. XD
All and all, very gorgeous artwork though! I love the hooves, legs and tail especially <3

Arabian to me. Go google image Arabians. They ALL hold their head funny like that and the bridle path is always cut very long like that.
Kiki wrote:Arabian horses are excatly like that. And the way the mane stops and then goes on is simply that the horse has something called a bridle path. The bridle path is the place behind a horse's ears that is kept shaved and clean and pretty. I ride Arabians, and yes, they do look like that. It kinda irks me you're caling this a mistake of some sort, as it is perfectly correct.
On another note, I squeeled when I saw the horses, equi! You are so talented! *hugs*
Woah, woah, woah people! I'm not calling it a mistake! I'm just trying to offer my own insight, nothing more.
Sorry, Equimagine if anything I said was taken the wrong way, or stung. I was honestly just trying to be helpful. I'm no horse person I admit, I just know the good old horses I help rescue around the area from abuse. Never seen an Arabian and when I looked at the pictures, your quite right. Never seen a horse quite like that.
Please don't jump on me though, I thought I was offering my own insight and being part of the discussion. I'll keep my opinions to myself next time though, since this seems to be such a hot issue. I wasn't around during the time Tess made that post, thus I shall refrain from such now on.
