Color in a Bear OC!

Features:

You can make a background

You can add a top hat and color it in

You can add a bowtie and color it in

You can add in shading and highlights

Having trouble with the coloring, so for now users can color it in themselves until I can fix the coloring problem. But, you can color in the top hat and bowtie just fine. Will probably add more accessories when I get suggestions.

Also do not remove the white splotch on the top hat when coloring the top hat in!
