You turned off the color layers for them c:
"Layer 1" is the rock c:
You want to check the "lock alpha" box, then select one of the "Pup _ Color (alfa)" layers, then color c:

its not so much fixed. i have to take the color off so i can actually color and see what im doing. the lines are still in each other >.<
