I have worked for several adopts as a mod and as an artist.
Do you promise to enforce the rules??;;

What would you do if your example happened and you were a Mod??;;
Tell them what they've done that's broken the rules and ask them politely, but keeping to the point, not to do it again. If the problem persists from them a private pm would be sent to them warning them again. If they continue anyway I'd pm you showing what they've done to disregard the rules and suggest you give them a strike (unless mods are given the authority to give strikes then I'd go ahead and give them a strike if I'd think it's necessary).
