I've been thinking about this alot.
As much as I love being part of the DTW team, I feel like it's getting overcrowded. Sure, I get the occasional custom, but it's real boring sitting here watching as one artist gets to do almost all of the customs. When I joined, we had a very small team, small but everyone got a fair share of customs; even the new artists like me. However, now, it seems like many of the older artists just bump and watch the thread, or that we get new staff so often that I feel kinda like I'm fading away. I'm sure that the other artists feel the same way . . . so I've decided that I'm quitting as an artist for DTW as of now. I'll still be archiving the new cats, maybe stopping by to do an occasional pre-made cat, but until other artists start getting their fair share of customs, I'm quitting. It's not like I'm gone forever, however, right now, I don't think I want to be an artist again.
