Wildfire pushed the Marigold into one pile and leaned down to carefully grab the bundle in her jaws. Enough Marigold for plenty of wounds to come. She thought, half with light-hearted ness and half with grim. Wildfire stared back at the dip sheltered by root arches, before walking away.
