And also that's a very good question! After talking it over with death clock we decided there is a likely possibility that guest artists could be promoted to Official Artist. Thanks for asking! c:

Please remember!:

You are only allowed to try out for 2 Tiba's at a time! It's a little harder to keep track of with the newest wave of designs being made, but mods do make sure to check regularly just in case. Once one or both of the Tiba's you have tried out for have been won you may try out for one or two more, and you may only own 3 Tiba's at this moment.
