Making your form "pretty" however, will not help you.

Username: legend.
Name: Delilah
Number: 70
Name Meaning: Amorous, delight, languishing, temptress.
Personality: Delilah is what her name means, thats why she was named this. She is a stunning mare altogether and she is so sweet, but when in time of strength, she wont back down. She may look puny and weak, thats why most stallions pick on her but then she strikes back when they dont even see it coming.

Name: Mabel
Number: 70
Name Meaning: 'My beautiful one'
Personality: Slightly sassy and very self-aware. She's got some experience to say that she knows what to do and when to do it, but nothing is a real problem on her watch. She's got the time to deal with it, anyways.

Good to know (:
Username: Ezai
Name: Zodiac
Number: 70
Name Meaning: Circle of Animals
Personality: Zodiac is a complicated girl with a strong personality. With a head of dreams and a heart of courage nothing can tie her down. The amount of compassion she is capable of giving and her deep sense of loyalty is her greatest downfall . This mare full of spirit and zeal takes any loss extremely hard, it is the only thing that can single handedly rip her apart. Zodiac is not a mare to go to for advice but a mare to go to when you want something done. She'll put 110% percent into anything she does and won't give up if it's something for a friend.
Aside from those Zodiac is straight forward and often blunt. She doesn't go into detail or add fluff to what she wants to say. Straight to the point with the words she does say. There is no frill or fancy with this girl but action, energy and mess.

---o Name: Sophia
---o Name Meaning: Sophia is Greek for "Wisdom"
---o Number: #0070
---o Herd: Possibly Herd 2 with Catriel or Herd 3 that I am planing.
▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀
---o Personality: Sophia is as her name describes a wise soul. She is extremely clever, though she doesn’t flaunt it. She is quiet for the most part and polite. Most would consider her a follower as apposed to a leader, which may be due to her upbringing as a subordinate mare. Even though she is for the most part quiet and polite there are times where she is not afraid to speak her mind. If annoyed or angered she tends to have a sharp tongue and will not hold back. She can be a bit defensive and slower to trust, but once you gain her friendship she is one of the most loyal Tekes you will meet. She values her friendships and relationships highly and will try her best to do right by those she loves. She thinks respect is something to be earned on both ends. Overall she is a fiery girl who likes to remain out of the center of attention, unless it is something she feels she needs to voice.
---o Art Piece One
---o Art Piece Two
---o Likes: Tranquility, Not being the center of attention, order, kindness, respect, her friends.
---o Dislikes: Rudeness, Being the center of attention, chaos, fighting, being made fun of.
---o Why I would like her: I just love her! She is gorgeous and I would love to include her to my slowly growing herds of Tekes. I feel that she has an amazing design that really strikes me and I wish I knew how to express how much I like this gal. I would write her a story however I don't feel I could post anything that would do her justice [Im a slow writer…]. I hope what I have presented to you is enough to show you how much I love this little gal.

Owner: teresa8oats little sister(Nancy)
Name: Rhea
Number: 0070
Name Meaning:
Does it have to have a meaning? I get all of my names here, and I don't think that they have a particular meaning. They are really pretty though! It takes a while to find the perfect name, because if you ask me, their are some weird greek names out their! I thought Rhea was nice because it kind of rolled off your tongue, and was very feminine.
Personality:
Like any Akhal-teke, Rhea is a very fiery mare. Tekes are not known for being calm, and since I have found these Phaethon Tekes, I have learned that the hard way!
Rhea is a high spirited, fun mare! She loves to be outside, and greatly hates being in her stall. She tends to be a little grumpy at the horses who walk by her stall, pinning back her ears. Some riders are kind of scared of her because... well... they are inexperienced and she looks pretty high strung with those long neck and legs, and big blue eyes. Otherwise, she is certainly the horse that everyone wants to come and see. She gets extra treats, but never gets fat because when she goes out to pasture, she never stops running. The whole time just cantering around the edge. Everyone gets a kick out of it, and she knows she is being watched by us, so she will hold her head high and give little kicks every once and a while. Riding is not her best thing. She personally does not like the fact that someone is on her back, and on some days is just looking around for something to spook at. She does not bolt, but rather freeze. She likes doing this the best when you are cantering. *cough cough* Good job Rhea!!
Have you ever watched Howel's Moving Castle?? If not that is ok, but if you go into her stall, it is like his room. When she was first caught from the wild, she would have cribbing, pacing, and kicking issues. Over the months she has collected over 20 different stall toys from borders who want to help. She very much enjoys them.
One thing that Rhea is especially good at is playing soccer. We have a huge ball that if you put out in the arena or pasture, she will trot up to and bump with her nose. It is extremely adorable, and she attracts humans like honey attracts bears!
Wild or Tame?:
All of my Teke's so far are "wild", they live in herds, and have lead stallions, mares, and other brood mares. So, I have decided to make Rhea my first tame teke. You can read her story below <3
History:
Rhea, as you can probably guess, was born in the wild. On a spring Sunday morning, when the dew was just falling off of the flowers, Rhea came into the world. Helpless and fragile, she had a hard time standing up. After many hours and encouragement from her mother, she managed to take her first steps... toward milk. Rhea was on the fragile side of Tekes, just like her mother. They where tall and skinny, with a thin, sleek, and gleaming coat. Her mother nuzzled her, gesturing towards the field ahead. As they walked, Rhea looked around at the big wide field. She scooted in closer to her mother, and her mother nickered back, "This is not the least of it my dearest".
Two years passed, and Rhea grew to be just as beautiful and sleek as her mother. She was proud of her looks, especially her spotted neck and gleaming chrome.
One day she was walking through the herd to find her mother. Her mother nickered out, but Rhea had been distracted. A hansom blue roan colt stood a few mares away, sleeping lazily. Not thinking twice, she stuck her nose in the air and slightly arched her neck, putting on a show for the colt. She had seen her father do it many times. In human, this would be called flirting. She was just about to nuzzle him when she felt a sharp pinch on her rump.... her mother!
Boy, Rhea had never seen her mother so mad, she squealed, bringing over some of the other mares. Rhea was confused, they where... what? Driving her out of the herd?? No way! This was her family... her world! She had seen this done to many other older fillies and colts, but she never thought it could happen to her, as she was so beautiful! Had showing off to that older colt done this to her? Was that all they needed to kick her out of HER herd?
For the next few days, Rhea tried and tried to get back in. She would hide behind bushes and casually walk in, completely avoid her mother, and even asked a 2 week old filly to walk in front of her to hide her! Every time she thought she had it, her mother or some other mare saw her and called the rest over to chase her out.
It took two weeks of trying before she gave up. They did not want her anymore. She hid behind a tree as they cantered away... for the last time.
From then on she was a loner, searching the hills, forests, mountains, and grassy plains to find a herd that would accept her. Her mother was right. That field that she saw when she was a foal was so small. So... real. This world was too large to imagine. And the more she walked, the less nature she saw. It was one day when she was trotting near a lake when she herd something. "Grandpa!! I caught one!! I have it!!" she pricked up her ears to listen more, "Indeed you did Jake, reel it in! You can do it boy!" Rhea decided to take a better look. She poked her head out from behind a huge tree. Two strange figures stood by the lake. The shorter one had a poll in his hand and was laughing. "Well, I dare say that that is the biggest dang fish I have seen in all my live long days!" Rhea perked up her ears some more and focused on the flapping thing the boy was holding, which was only as big as his hand. What where these things? She stepped into view. The taller figure froze, tapping on the shorter one to look up. They stared at her, their eyes glowing. The taller figure spoke "That their is a Phaethon Teke Jake. A wild one. I have only seen one in my life" he paused, "and probably never will see one again. Just remember, their is always a silver lining on some of your worst days... that creature right their is your silver lining" The sunlight hit Rhea's black coat, making a glossy shine. The flapping thing dropped back into the water, but the two figures did not care, they just stared at her. Ok, she had had enough of these things. They where creeping her out. She trotted away quickly.
2 years later:
She had found a herd, friends, and a wonderful lead stallion. Her life was perfect. Every night the image of the strange figures staring at her in awe came back. She wanted to know more. Little did she know, that soon enough, she would know all she ever needed.
She was resting on a hot summer day, her eyes just half closed, when she heard a sharp whinny from the lead stallion. It pierced the air like a cannonball, making all of the horses run. Now, you might think that this is humans, but don't worry. All humans in the area respected the Tekes, and made sure that no herding happened. What was it then? Another herd, to be specific, one of the biggest ones on this side of the mountain. You could feel the pounding of the hooves in the distance, and then they came into view. The lead mare lead the huge group of tekes away from the stallion, which was coming right at Rhea's lead stallion. He reared up, pawing at the air. The other stallion charged, and the battle began. Of course, Rhea was not able to stay and watch, the lead mare gave a screaming whinny to gallop away, as fast as you could.
The mares hot sweat dampened all their coats, but they where Akhal-teke's and even better, Phaethons sons and daughters! They could run for ages.
So sorry I must finish here, I promise that if I win I will finish the history asap. to give a spoiler, she will be injured, unable to run, the town closest to where it happens hears about the huge stallion fight, and comes to help the injured horses. They find Rhea and she becomes a tame horse!!
Why do I want her?:
Ok. So... I really hope that me having 8(I think) Tekes does not mark me down at all. I REALLY love this mare, but you know who loved her even more than me?
I think my greatest supporter of me on CS is my little sister. She loves watching me, sneaking on my account to do oekaki, helping me name all of my horses, sorting out my CWHR horses. Decorating my pets.... but by far, her favorite thing on CS right now is *drumroll* Phaethon Tekes!!
She is gaga over them(Just like me!!), and when she saw this mare, she just freaked! I told her that I would do my best, but if she won, it would mean SO much to her. Therefore, if is do win Rhea would be owned by her.
Let me give you some reasons why I think my little sister deserves this Teke:
She only owns three adoptable oekaki on CS, take a look at how much attention they get:
Lily
19 pieces of art made
11 I need to download
Imagine
6 pieces of art
10 I need to download
Charisma
10 pieces of art made.
9 I need to download
This girl spoils her pets rotten. She as this folder on our computer in pictures names "Teresa UPLOAD NOW" with all of their unloaded pictures. I think that Rhea will have the best owner EVER with my little sister, and she will never ever ever collect one speck of dust! Winning would mean the world to her and me.
Ok... enough of this mushy stuff. "Oh dear dear dia! I l LOVEEEE this amazing horse, and I will DIE if I don't win!"
Lol. I love reading those forms..... sorry... I'm done.
Anyway. All I can say is I think my little sister adores this horse, and has already "memorized" where her spots are. Lol. Can't get any better than that! Lol... oh gosh I must be tired....
What will I do with her?:
Well, this is a question to ask my little sister. It explains most of this above.

Training Rhea:
When we fist got Rhea, she was quite beat up, but over the months that she was healing, she also learned to trust humans. By the time she was completely recovered from the accident in the wild, she was completely calm with humans. It kind of came easy with her.
When we decided to train Rhea for riding, she had also used to the bridle. We taught her how to lounge, and did that for a few weeks, also teaching her voice commands. When she was good with that, we took a bareback pad(the type with the grith) and put it on her loosely. She was totally fine with it, so on the same day we put the blanket and saddle on her. She stood calm as we did that, so we went for the girth. The second the cinch was tightened, she freaked. Bucking and rearing, she tried hard to get the saddle off, but it was no use. The second she calmed down, we took it off. For the next week we did the same thing.
It had been 4 weeks, and no one had been on her, but the more training we did with her, the more she trusted us.
It was a fall day when I decided to jump on. Before I completely mounted, I jumped up, my stomach on the saddle, to see how she delt with wait. She is not twitch, so I slid down, got a leg up, and swung into the saddle. Silence. Everyone stood around frozen, just waiting for something to happen. I bent down and patted her neck, feeling she relaxing a bit. *cluck cluck* she took a step forward. I patted her again. "Ready for some leg girl?" I asked her, putting on some pressure with my calf. Well, obviously not ready! She gave a quick rear, throwing me off balance, luckily, I stayed in the saddle. When she landed, she started trotting. I collected myself again, and the ride was on! We rode for another hour, and the only thing I can say is, she was amazing to ride. She is still spooky to this day, and does not compete, but groundwork and just hanging out is her specialty. She can't jump for her life, but is an amazing showmanship horse, as if you act serious, she will not move a muscle <3
