Hello! My name is Preastore and I'm the founder of Technimal Labs! I created the first Technimal awhile ago on accident but found these guys little cuties and wanted to share them with you! My A.I., T.A.S., told me that you requested some information on these little guys. So, here some info.
The six subspecies are:

The very rare mixes are:
Alien technology and Video Game tech
The five types of technology:
Past, Present, Future, Alien, and Video Game technology
Habits:
When you first get your Technimal, all they are programmed with is the basic habits of the animal they are based off of. They don't need to eat or sleep, but that can be programmed in. You choose their gender, sleeping schedule, diet, and name.
Habitat:
They are built to live in the home environment, but they can automatically adapt to new surroundings. Best suited for home and lab environments, though.
Reproducing:
Technimals don't reproduce like other animals. You can crossbreed and/or breed two of the same gender. Why? This is because when they "reproduce" it's actually the engineers taking the blueprints of the "parents" and combining them in a multitude of ways. First, they are holochips, microchips that projects a miniature version of the desired design. The picture is so small that you only see the basic coloration. To breed, you need an blank holochip. They are programmed to recognize their parents.
Looks:
Each technimal looks very different from one another.
Relationships:
For some reason, certain technimals don't like each other. here's how the specis get along:
?XXX? =Don't get along, ?<--->? =Get along nicely, and ? --- ?= Eh, get along ok
