I made one... and then I looked through your posts and learned that you didn't have to use oekaki / the COMPUTER!!! (TT^TT) I spent soooooo llooooonnnnngggg!!!

Could someone please explain to me how to enter these contest,I want to submit something for this contest but I cant draw anything on my computer. It would have to be on paper and I want to know if that's acceptable.

You never mentioned what kind of colors you like. do you like natural colors? neon? or a mixture, etc.
