She is absolutely gorgeous. The vibrant colors and patterns go perfectly together, creating the perfect character which I fell in love with. To me, her beautiful colors remind me that everyone is unique. I absolutely love unique things. Her colors, they just made me feel happy inside, I don’t know what hit me! The markings, they remind me of painting. The splotches of brown remind me of some many great artists out there, who have the style of splattering paint on a canvas. It reminded me of creativity, radiance, and beauty. All those things, I love, love, love!
There are so many reasons I’m going to have to talk about of how I adore this girl! Okay, so her hair. It’s perfect! The length is beautiful, not too long or too short. The color of her hair fits great with her design. I used to hate the colors pink and purple, but I’ve started to love those colors, and as seeing those colors on this design, just made me love those colors even more, and of course, love her design even more. I also love the fringe. My parents hate fringes, or anything that covers your eye, which just made like them even more. This design having one, just makes me more confident in that hairstyle, and I’m looking forward to get a haircut. This hairstyle has inspired me.
Her ear piercings look lovely on her! One of my favorite colors are blue and turquoise, which is contained on her earrings.
She has horns. The fact that she has horns just makes her more unique from other lions, and like I stated before, I love uniqueness.
Another part of her that is unique is her tail tip. I noticed the end of her tail tip is curled. Every time I look at her, it just makes me enjoy her design even more!
I have only one lion character at the moment. Her name is Emily and her nickname is Eli. She prefers to be called Eli most of the time. Eli is always alone because I have no other lion characters to let her socialize with. If I were to win Alessia, they would become great friends. Eli would finally have someone to talk to. I’ve also included Eli in her backstory, so they would have been great friends all along.
I’ve been longing a new lion character for a very long time, but I haven’t connected to any I’ve seen that were up for sale or adoption. As soon as I saw her, I immediately fell in love. I just absolutely love everything about her! As soon as I saw that she was donated to the pound of love, I was really eager to try out for her when the previous round ended and she was posted up for adoption. So here I am, trying out for her. I would say she’s my absolute dream girl. <3 I’ve been actually stalking, or a better way to say it, watching this place ever since it opened. None of the characters really caught my eye, until she came along. She is just a distant dream that I could possibly achieve.
She will be used on CS and DA, and in real life with my friends. I plan to use her as my character of course and maybe my second fursona. I will be making tons of art of her (digital and traditional), ordering art of her, using her in few 1x1 roleplays, most likely will create a public roleplay with her, create a story about her life, a story about her adventures, and much more. I'm not sure exactly just yet on what type of roleplays im going to put her in. <3

Italian feminine form of Alexis [the name Alexis is from the] Greek name Αλεξις (Alexis), which meant helper or defender, derived from Greek αλεξω (alexo) [which is] to defend, to help. This was the name of a 3rd-century BC Greek comic poet, and also [a name] of several saints. It is used somewhat interchangeably with the related name Αλεξιος or Alexius, [born] by five Byzantine emperors. In the English-speaking world it is more commonly used as a feminine name.{Source}
Female {Lioness}
Alessia is a young lioness. She may be the one you’d call odd, or weird. You may think she’s not so bright, but deep down, she’s elegant, friendly, smart, clever, sweet, creative, loyal, playful, etc. She has a big and bright personality, making her who she is. People say don’t judge a book by its cover, but seems that people are judging her by how she looks on the outside. If people would get to know her, she’d be one of your best friends, guaranteed.
She will do anything for a close one if they are in danger, even risk her own life. From her unfortunate history, she’s now more loyal. She learned from her mistakes and she is also a cooperative, and doesn’t like to argue.
She also enjoys and loves art. She loves to paint traditionally; the colors make her dream about everything should could create. To her, there are no boundaries in art. She has a unique style of doing painting though. Instead of using paper, or a canvas like she used to, she now just uses whatever she can find. She paints the wall, the floor, the ceiling, the table, the tree, and whatever she is near when inspiration strikes.
She enjoys music as well. In music, she loves creating her own songs, or writing the lyrics for her songs. Her favorite song is Mad World. She learned to love to be unique, or "the odd one of the litter". She was bullied a lot, but she ignored them and she always said "What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger,” from her second favorite song, Stronger.
As a cub, she used to always get bullied for liking art so much. She always doodled in the dirt while her parents were educating her. Her friends tried to act nice and normal around her, but the impact of the bullies turned her friends against her. She’s always stood her ground around them, ignoring them whenever possible.
One of her friends, named Elili, always stood by her side no matter what. Her parents found out about the bullying and ever since then, she moved away from the bullies to start off new, even though the bullies didn’t really bother her much. Elili told her parents about the situation and they moved as well, to the same location as Alessia. Elili lived next door to Alessia. Alessia and Elili’s became even greater friends, and then Alessia started teaching Elili about art.
Alessia love of art stayed with her but she still didn’t pay much attention to her education, but she still took in enough info. She grew up being a smart young lioness and eventually majored her studies in art. Her parents hearing about her news as majoring in her art studies became furious and she was kicked out of the house. They were training her to become a fine lioness to major in a master’s degree, the finest. She had two brothers and one older sister. They dearly pleaded their moms to not make Alessia go, but her parents wouldn’t change their decision.
All she was left with was an old picture with her parents and siblings in it, spending time at a beach, all smiling and having fun. In anger she cut out the part of the picture where her parents lay and burned it. She held on to the rest of the picture for comfort. That night, her parents were killed in an accident and she regretted everything she'd done. The picture was the only thing left of her parents but she had burned the part. She sobbed for very long not knowing what to do. Flashbacks went on in her mind about the bullies. Suddenly a phrase came up in her mind. She yelled it out into the sky. "What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!"
Elili was near her, and hear her yelling. She walked over to her, and they exchanged news. Elili invited Alessia over to her home so Alessia could have a place to stay. Eventually they became roommates, and promised each other of eternal friendship. No matter what, Alessia will always remember all the bullies, the friends that betrayed her, her siblings, and her parents. She’s learned much from her own past, and will always be who she is, and never be affected by others, to change.
★Art, she loves being able to express her creativity and feelings.
★Music, it just calms her down whenever she’s too excited, mad, or sad.
★Creativity, she loves to see creativity all around her, it just makes her happy.
★Paint, when she sees paint, she'll think of art.
★Colors, all the colors just delight her; she'll start thinking of creativity.
★Hanging with friends, who wouldn't like hanging out with friends, someone to talk with, discuss feelings, gossip.
★Cupcakes, her favorite food!
★Sports, she loves soccer the most.
★Bullies, she hates bullies a lot because of when she was bullied when she was younger.
★Dull things, things that show no creativity whatsoever just make her feel sad.
★Porcelain dolls (creepy ones), they honestly just freak her out.
★Spiders, eek! Poisonous ones freak her out especially.
★Cockroaches, she doesn’t mind too much about them, but they just disgust her.

♦ So Alessia, How did you first meet Eli I heard you guys are great friends.
♕Well I first met her when we were younger, in elementary school. A group of bullies and some of my friends who betrayed me were threatening me to give up my lunch. Yea you might say its just normal bully stuff, but teachers at my elementary school don't care about bullying. Luckily, Eli came along and helped me out. We got to know each other better starting then, and now we're great friends.
♦Why did you rip out your parent's part of the picture?
♕I-I-I don't know. I guess I was just too angry at the time and wasn't thinking. I-I-I don't want to talk about it, please.
♦What happened to your parents, how did they die?
♕The police said it was an accident... I'm not really sure.
♥Don't tell Alessia, or it may just break her heart. I've heard from the police that the bullies saw that Alessia ripped out the piece of the picture, and they went for her parents. I'd really love to tell Alessia, but I truly dont want to hurt her feelings with the truth.
