Wow, 38 new kennels for next round!
There are 39 in the post on the second page, but 1 of them will go back to the donator; they requested it by PM.
Still, there are a lot of new good looking characters for next round!

Critiques are closed now, since there is no more time for staff to look at your form and send a critique so you can improve, it's now all up to you.
Also, I noticed most critiques didn't give a critique yet. Please PM me if you want to stay on the staff, else I'll look for someone more active, since this agency grew very fast already!

I want to give some kennels a revamp, feel free to help out But make sure to read he rules of the donator!

Basic information
Username: snowtater, I got this name because of my dog named Tater Bud who absolutely loved snow everything about it! He liked to come with snow covering him and we'd have to bring him out side again brush the snow off. But he only went to roll in the snow again. It was like he liked making snow angels.

Why do you want this character? Because he is beautiful! The colors blended in perfectly! He reminds me of my friend's German Shepard mix. From the deep brown eyes to the tip of his tail. It's just amazing and the line art totally fits it. It reminds me of the police dogs you know? Big and scary at work but playful just about every other time!

Where will you use it, and what will you use it for? I would draw him with the rest of my characters. But he would be much prettier than something I just made up in my imagination. Or I could create a new character one that I should be proud of. And they would make the perfect couple! I could the breed them and there would be the cutest puppies you've ever seen! Fluffy and cuddly how puppies should be. He would make a great parent. I might also rp with him you know like a work dog rp or a wild dog rp. But I haven't rped in a while.

Character information
Name: Sebastian
Gender: male
Personality: He is loyal and kind to friends and people he trusts. Think of it the perfect work and family dog. He could bring down a robber one day and save his owner from a burning building the next day. He is also very various and curious, taking every step with care yet trying to figure out what the smell of pie is. Of course like most other dogs he can't tell a lie its against his nature. If he told a lie he would never be forgiven or at least he thinks. Most of his friends wouldn't really care to much depending on the lie but Sebastian doesn't like risks. He's one of the top police dogs and nothing will stop him from doing his duty, or shooting at his lifelong goals.

History: Sebatian was separated from his family at 8 weeks old. He then went to a strange building with other dogs barking stuff like "hey it's a newcomer", Sebastion was terrified what's going on he wondered. The man carrying him stopped outside a door that said "K9 training" the man shifted Sebastion to one arm and knocked loudly. Sebastion heard a chair scoot and a clicking sound. A man with a K9 officer vest appeared. "I did what you said sir and brought you the finest pup I could find" the man holding Sebastion said. Sebastion gave a tiny yawn. "Perfect how much did you get him for" asked the canine officer. "$350 sir, the lady said he was the finest you could get". The officer grunted. He took out his wallet and started handing money to the other man. When the officer was done the man exchanged Sebastion and the door slammed with a thud. Confused and shaken up Sebastion sat up. The officer shook his head, "you're just what we need" the officer set him in a pen and started writing stuff down. Sebastion gave a yawn and fell asleep. The next day he was sent off to obidience school were it took him a year to train to be a police dog. 5 years later he was stopping robbers from robbing a bank when he was lost. The alarm was blaring but there was no one in sight. The police had been tied up dead and thrown in a corner while robbers had gotten away. Sebastion's life faded as it was turned over into the life of a stray nothing was familiar nothing seemed right.

Dislikes: being let down, being lonely, yelled at, having no friends or family, onions
