What do you use to colour gif's?

I use paint.net, but some other programs you can use are Paint, GIMP and firealpaca, I believe. c: <33

Are all those programs free ?- Since I can only use fireAlpaca ; - ;
so someone may have to animate them for me - . - jk C: ( but yea- unless I learn how to - I may not be able to animate them ; - ;

Backstory: Well one day Urple went to go in a hot air balloon ride. Spots was sitting on top of a tower. Until he accidentally fell off. He meowed as loud as he could. He thought about everything in his life. Until Urple passed by and he was saved! So spots remained on top of the hot air balloon. Then every Saturday Urple would go on hot air balloon rides every time she would invite Spots. So spots chose to sit on the top to remind himself of how Urple saved his own bk life. c:

Backstory: Kimchi was sitting on a trashcan. He had been abandoned by his owner he loved so much. Heartbroken,he started mewing sadly. Kosho was flying through the air in her hot air balloon when she noticed Kimchi crying. She landed her hot air ballon and padded toward him. "What's wrong?" she said with a sweet voice. "My owner abandoned me.." Kimchi said turning away from her. "Do you wanna ride in my hot air balloon? It'll make you feel better." Kosho said trying to cheer him up. "I guess..." Kimchi said getting in the balloon. "Here we go!" Kosho said as the were suddenly lifted in the air. Kimchi looked at the beautiful scenery. "Wow.." he breathed with awe as they passed a heart shapped cloud. Kosho looked at Kimchi. "Do you like it?" she asked. "I love it!" Kimchi said. He hugged Kosho. "Your my best friend. Maybe even more." Kimchi said to Kosho. Kosho blushed and wrapped her tail around Kimchi's tail. The two love birds snuggled with each other in the hot air balloon as the sun set. That is how Kimchi met the love of his life Kosho.

Backstory:Cookie was a her owners princess. Plum was an orphan. What if these two had simply crossed paths by mistake? This is the story of how Cookie and Plum came to be. It was 11 am, and Cookie had just woken up. As usual, she walked down the stair of her house. She went in the kitchen to eat breakfast. As she was eating, she heard a soft whining, coming fro the backyard. She slipped out the cat door,and went to investigate. Plum was sitting by the picnic table, looking for food. Cookie noticed this, and went back inside. She soon came out with her mostly full food bowl. Plum's eyes started to sparkle.She puts at Cookie, thankful for the food. Soon the food was gone. Cookie's owner came out and smiled. "I see you made a new friend, Cookie" she says. From that day on, Cookie and Plum were partners in crime.

Backstory: Chocolate Chip was separated from her parents in a fire when she was a kitten. Her home was destroyed, and she couldn't find her parents afterwards. Heartbroken, the kitten ran away and began to live as a traveling loner. She only depended on herself and hated everyone else, and thought that she didn't need any friends. Then one day she was walking along a field and a little purple kitty smashed into her. "Hey!" Chocolate Chip growled. "Watch where you're going!" "Sorry! I didn't see you there, are you okay?" "Yeah, but next time be careful," Chocolate Chip snapped. The kitty looked embarrassed. "I'm Lavender, what's your name?" she asked. "Chocolate Chip, not that it matters, what are you even doing here by yourself?" Chocolate asked. "Well ever since my parents died I've been traveling in this hot air balloon, and it got swept away in a storm, and it needs to be repaired." Chocolate Chip suddenly felt sympathetic towards Lavender. "Oh, well, I can help you fix it," she offered. After it was repaired Lavender was overjoyed. "Yay! Thank you," she meowed. "Do you want a ride?" Chocolate Chip said yes and once they were up in the air she felt like she never wanted to go down. They decided to to stick together and travel as friends forever in Lavender's hot air balloon!
Anything else: Cheesy ending. Also this would be my first balloon kitty cause I missed out on all the litters.

Backstory: Cream was a wild cat she saw something funny that day a cat on top a balloon flying high in the sky! she sounded lonely so cream hopped as high a she could into the balloon basket and started comforting the cat saying "I can be your friend! Now we can ride the sky together!" so they purred and talked untill they got hungry. luckily cream knew how to land it. she and dream begged on humans doorsteps for food and water. when they got it the humans never saw them again for they were riding around the world. <3
