What sort of Plumerians can/can't you make as a GA?: one custom and three adopts; they can be common or uncommon, and nothing rare or very rare.
My limitations are far more technilogical than limitations as far as design. I use an iPad, and while I color is linearts for fun all the time and just to practice designing and staying sharp, I can't use Oekaki, and thus have created a system for colorine linearts. If I were to be chosen, all I'd need would be a PNG or JPEG image of the template -- the pluma and where you put reference colors would either need to be transparent or grey. Then I create a layer underneath the template, color in like anyone else would, and done c: or if it's JPEG or grey, I am very experienced with carefully removing colors to make it just as easy for me to use as the PNG. I only would need the template once, as I save it to my system then as a PSD uwu

What sort of Plumerians can/can't you make as a GA?: Rulewise, I can make 3 adopts and 1 custom (between the common and unncommon range). I can make a wide variety of adopts and designs, from natural to based on a palette to based on a random idea I have. In regards to technology, I have a tablet. If the tablet fails, I have a touchscreen laptop that I can design with easily.
Are you interested in a full artist position?: I'd love to. I've been an artist for a couple of species.
