- - When you enter, please make a cover for all of your entries. Basically that means make a drawing that says "[username]'s entries" or something and do colour ins off of that. Then, fill out the form at the bottom and put it in the description of your cover page.
- Line edits are definitely allowed and encouraged! They might just help your chances.
- You are allowed to make as many entries as you like.
- No five minutes designs. Put some effort into this or you'll just be wasting your time.
- If you win, you will not be allowed to keep your exact entries. However, you may revamp it as a custom once you're accepted.
- If you don't win, you are not allowed to keep your designs. Sorry.
- Use lock alpha, please. Lock alpha is your friend.
- Please do not change the colour of the lines.
- More rules might be added as I think of them...
Artist Requirements
Well, if you're trying out to be an artist, surely you want to know what you're getting yourself into, yes? Right. Below is what is required and expected of an artist.
- Be active. Check the thread at least two or three times a week. More would be nice.
- Be friendly! To both the other staff and regular users. This is supposed to be a welcoming community, so be nice and courteous to all.
- As an artist, you will also serve as a moderator. Basically, just moderate the thread, correct rule breakers, and issue strikes if need be by PMing me.
- Be an active artist. Try to put out at least two designs every month (more would be awesome, but hey, we all have lives! x3). If you think you're going to be gone for a while, let me, Max, know.
- When judging your Ethereals to determine the winner, remain an unbiased judge. If someone you know enters your contest, maybe you should ask another staff member to help you judge, to make things fair.
- Help other artists judge their adopts if they need it.
- Line edits are considerably uncommon. Hair growths, like bangs, manes, etc, are the most common form of mutation, horns being the next. Multiple tails are okay. Ask me, Max, before making any drastic line edits, such as wings. Adding extra accessories is completely fine, as accessories are much more common than mutations.
- If you don't have any ideas for adopts, don't hesitate to ask your fellow staff members for ideas! c:
- Do not remove a lot of the jewels on the tail or back. Also note that the extra jewels option is rather rare, too.
- Keep the archivist up to date when your design is adopted or revamped.
- As an artist, you will be allowed to make your own customs, or request that another artist make you customs (they can refuse, however). Currently, you are allowed to own three customs, and it is preferred you ask me before making one. There will be a thread where making customs is allowed later on.
Pet Prizes
First through third place winners will each get to pick one pet from the prize pool below. First place winner picks first, then second place, and then third.

In addition, each winner will also receive a spot as a full time artist.
Then there will be runner ups. These will be the people who will be given the remaining full time slots if I choose to give them out, and special guest artists who will get an extended limit of EVs they can make. They will also be able to pick from the prize pool below (and whichever pet from above isn't given out).

I will be accepting 3 to 6 full time and/or nursery artists, and 2 to 5 guest artists.
Guest artists will be allowed to make five (5) adoptables, two of which can have major line edits (normally, they would only be able to make three adopts, and only one with major line edits.)
There is no set end date. I will decide upon one when I start getting a bunch of good entries.
Put this form below in your cover page thread! c:
