can I be added to draw Brownie a few accessories or are you not allowed to do that on this adoptable?

cause my eyes hurt and I don't know if I skipped a rule.

yeah sorry there are quite a few. This is sort of a grey area not many people have asked about it and when i asked on the main thread not many people supplied a view but so far I've been erring on the no side purely because it starts to get confusing on the differences between a custom and just an normal adoptable plus managing it might become quite a big project if everyone wanted to do it so it might be something to watch for in the future if it gets more attention
