• Make a title page, no title page, i won't consider you.
• No fighting, or whining.
• Neon colors okay, but NOT as base color.
• No clashing colors, or designs.
• Fill the form out, and put it on the title page.
• glow is always the same color.
• you can have 4 entries; 2 with edits, 2 without.
