She is frail and ghostlike ( Well, she is a ghost XD ) And has burns all over her body. She has a she has a golden broken heart on her arm like this:

Now, apart from being slightly transparent, what she really looks like is a white dragon with golden speckles on her back and forehead, and a little on her legs and tail. She also has many burn marks, as she died in a fire.

She has Heavy silver chains on her tail, since she is bound to her deathplace. She also has a half of a heart necklace around her neck, and it is silver.

-Flame Color- well it is sort of a dark turquoise. if you just gop down on the pallet from bright turquoise down on the right side, it will come to a very pretty turquoise.

-Rough Explanation of Design- i want it to be sea based, other than that go crazy ^u^ can the eyes be like whale eyes

-Accessories- i would like a shell (white or light pink, very light pink.) and a bit of seaweed played anywhere.

Blue eyes, stripes and underbelly. Dark green eye-mark, tail, and paws. Feel free to do whatever you want for the rest of the body.

A little watering can under the belly, full of water. A little tail scarf like a river.

Both flame abilities are diluted. Underwater breathing for up to one hour, and a good gardener. Can't make plants grow/die on command, but is able to keep plants alive and healthier longer than most can. Is also very good with medicine. {If this isn't accepted, I will be happy to change whatever is necessary}
