I'd rather not, I'd like the forms here to be completely your own work. ^^ But it's fine to use one to develop the character so you can write stories for it better, or make your own personality section.

Ok. I was thinking about using it to help. Like fill it out,then take the important things/possible things and incorporate them into my form.

Creature wanted: Female Draciverde
What will you name it?: Otilian(Found on seventh sanctum,supposed to sound greek. It was based of the name Otilianian.)

500-1500 word story (Any writing, descriptions, likes and dislikes go here.):
Otilian is swift,gentle,and smart. She is tricky and refuses to decide upon a mate.
She may ponder with one male for a while,inviting him into her group,but not for long will he stand at her shoulder. Because of her impossible to pick ways,she has no mate. It doesn't seem like she will ever have young,and she doesn't plan on it either.
Otilian love the warm,salty climate off the Mediterranean sea that she lives on. The only thing she can't stand about it is when birds are migrating,and she couldn't stand a cold climate. Though she is a leader,she will often examine things thoroughly,especially any type of plant life. She finds the greenery beautiful and loves the leafy smell,along with the hidden meanings beneath the protective layer of the leaf.
Her favorite food is birds,because she can't stand the pesky critters and finds them delicious.
To herself she is a generous and caring creature,but she can snap.
History:
"Mother!" I called off into the sea. My mother had gone out to hunt hours ago,but she hadn't come back yet. The sun was nearly engulfed by the blue sea,and mother certainly couldn't last it through the night in the water,or once it is dark. My father walked up to me and looked sympathetically out to the sea. By the way with blue-gray eyes shone,I knew there was no hope of my mother returning. "A shark." My father said. "It must have been a shark..." The hurt in our group was evident,we had lost our leader,and my father wouldn't lead,he refused to stand on the highest branch of the leaders tree without her by his side. "Father." I pleaded him to go up to the top of the great tree,with its wickedly twisted branches and holes. But he still refused. "Come watch the sun set with me,father." I begged on,I wanted him to come watch the sun go below the water and the creamy-pink sky turn black with the twinkle of the stars. But he still refused. I could see him getting old,and one night,a starless night,he passed.
"But now is not that time!" I called from the top of the great branch,seeing my group below me made me exhilarated. "Now is the time to rise against our challenges. The season of sprouting plants is over!" I called at the top of my lungs. "And today,we hunt!" We had a habit,on the last day of Sprouting plants,to go and hunt birds at the great cliff. It was great fun for the 10 of us. I know our group is large,but one of the females recently had two young. As we went to the great cliff,I looked back at our tree with a sigh. "It's not the same without you." I whispered,the my head was lifted with the sound of birds cawing. I raced to the cliff and leapt at them,getting as many as I could. One of the adults left a nest,and I cracked the top of the shell,drinking the liquid inside then licking my chops.

personality:
"Not everyone sees a whisper..."
Quiet and submissive, Mur has always lived in a society ruled by females; and thus he constantly allows them to dominante him. His unusual behaviour towards females has earned him a weak reputation in other communities, and whenever he travels outside of his own he is normally turned down for this attitude.
Due to this, Mur lives in a world of his own creation; within his own mind. He's highly intelluctual and very smart, and his brain is creative enough to pull an imagination that plainly stuns others.
His name stems from his personality, which is gentle. His voice is soft and quiet, almost always spoken in an undertone, and carries a soft, romantic French accent. This accent has an origin in his parents; who lived nowhere near where he currently makes his home, in the warm environment of the Bermuda. This placement betrays his love of warmth and heat.
Mur is highly attracted to the idea of friends and perhaps even a mate, but nobody has slipped through his outer shell to get close enough to really know him. His capacity to trust are low; he is so used to being used and abused that he rarely ever allows people to get close. His distrustful means makes him seem standoffish to those who don't know him or haven't had the chance to get close to him.
When it comes to prey, Mur has a sweet tooth for the tropical, flitting fish that are always somewhat impossible to catch. He loves the underwater reef world he has come into and it is only here that he finds relaxation and, what he considers, paradise. This is the single place he can become lazy, and it is here that someone can see his true personality; which is bubbly, giggly, flirty and honest.
In truth, he can be considered bluntly honest. Mur tells people even what they don't want to hear, which has earned him more then a few punishments from the remainder of his society, but his tolerance for pain is rather high and he takes all of it without complaint.

Lovely Draciverde And congrats too, Brev! But I have a question.

Are Parduseros and Draciverde related in any way (such as language and worlds and such)? Or are they completely separate species?

They're in the same world, and share a common ancestor. C: A long while back though, they're quite different now. The parduseros are based off leopards and the draciverde are based off genets (kiiiiinda), so probably about how closely related they are. ^^
As far as language goes, like most animals in RPs they understand pretty much anything. lol. In my mind my species are just feral animals that can't even talk, but that wouldn't work out very well for anyone who wants to make stories for them, so...well yeah. XD

My Story:
I knew of only two things. Savagery, the savagery of other evil beings lurking in the humid fog and Love, the love of my family who lived together in a small group. We prospered off the bountiful supply of brightly coloured fish that darted around in the river.
