Blade let out a light yawn as he let his legs hang limply where they wanted. He stared up at the sky as he laid there, though the silhouette of another dragon caught his eye. Righting himself, he saw Root flying down toward him, another dragon not too far off. 'Is this some swarm or something?' he thought as he watched them.

She dove down after him, landing gracefully. She eyed the dragon carefully, not wanting to be the first to speak.

Drexel
He lost a bit of interest in the fight, not knowing who to root for. His head jerked up as the crowd yelled, and he saw Carrion had pinned down Blast, both of then with the marks of claws raking down their scales.

~Kerosene~
The announcer had called out "Match!" once Carrion had Blast pinned. Blast crawled away as Carrion flew away proudly. A different IceWing with clips on his wings had walked into the arena, without anyone from the other side coming in. A smaller SkyWing flew up to Ruby, whispering something to her. "What is is, Mais?" She listened some more and sighed mournfully. "It appears that the MudWing opponent for this IceWing," Ruby announced. "had passed this morning, we will hold a ceremony for him tomorrow afternoon. On this thought, though, we need a new volunteer." She looked to me. "Perhaps Kerosene can compete again." She smiled. I pointed a questioning talon to myself and flew down there, the IceWing pacing. "And now," the announcer started, "We have Icicle of the IceWings (just cause) and Kerosene of the SkyWings! Claws up, tails ready, fight!" We circled each other and Icicle was snarling ferociously. I trembled a bit and realized this was a prisoner, here for a trial of some sort. He suddenly made a fast, whip like movement and had my head on the sand in a second. I had no time to react when he held a poisonous tail over my head, hissing as a black forked licked out of his mouth. He had IceWing and SandWing parents!

Drexel
"Kerosene!" He yelled, his claws gripping his seat. It wasn't a fight to the death, it wasn't a fight to the death. He reassured himself nervously.

~Kerosene~
I jumped up out of his grasp with a roar as he slashed at the air dangerously. I went into a fighting stance as he charged towards me, flaring his wings pathetically. I dodged and accidentally turned the direction he was slashing and he got my face. 'What is wrong with him?!' I thought to myself. His eyes were dangerous, like he was insane. He wrapped his tail around mine tightly in a death grip, his tail almost piercingly close. A low rumble came from his throat as he lunged his head towards me and almost got my gullet if I hadn't moved in time. Ruby was sitting up in her seat, her face tense and worried. She was studying closely. "Kill him, if you must, he's gone insane!" The crowd cheered and Icicle didn't do anything but glare at me, hissing. I pushed him off with my sharp talons piercing his chest. He whipped around with his tail and I sliced the sensitive spot.

Drexel
He watched in horror. The dragon really was mad... How had he come to this state? Prison? What had he done? The questions flooded into Drexel's mind, distracting him from the scene at hand for a moment. But he was knocked back to attention quickly and his eyes narrowed. Reading the mad dragon's mind, he realized that the dragon was hallucinating. The icewing/sandwing mix thought that Kerosene was his long lost enemy, making him more desperate.

(Aww poor dragon! I feel bad for him...))
After she had gotten he herbs that were lying around her, she got up with great difficulty and headed toward the Ice Kingdom. She wanted to see what cold was like. She had never experienced it before, which was weird.
