Use
As soon as I saw this horse he immediately jumped out of me. I thought he'd suit a mount for a character in a story/potential role-play I'm devising, and he'll be given heaps of love. I'll order art of him and he'll probably be a rotating feature of my siggy- once I get more characters I'll start putting different ones up there regularly. He'll be on my character website too.

Design modifications
I considered getting rid of the white streak in his hair but decided it helps add to his design- particularly in the second line-art colouring as it's bolder- though I may reduce/add on to the amount of markings on his back.

Why do you want this character? : This charrie is actually beautiful, and looks a little like a horse I used to ride a loongg time ago called Daisy. The lineart is perfect, the colouring is perfect, the whole thing is perfect. Plus, it'd be great to make a story up based around it - this horsie definitely wouldn't collect dust.
Where will you use it, and what will you use it for?: It will not be taken off cs, apart from being shown on my charrie website (which is a WIP)

Personality: Percy is a handsome, kind horse. He is very much a gentleman and cares deeply for those around him. If someone needs help with something, he will be the first to do so. Many think he may actually be a prince because of his bloodlines and the way he holds himself, but he doesn't care and is definitely living in the now. No matter who you are or what you look like, he will accept you mutually.
History: Percy was found as a foal on the back doorstep of a farm on the plains of North America. He was trained as a pleasure horse until his humans had to sell their house and couldn't take him with them. They set him free onto Little Owl creek and he has lived there ever since. Maybe one day, he'll have a family.
