Well I was on Tp and there was this "species" of ponies that are kinda rainbow neon clique that tends to be pretty awful yet they were actually also pretty interesting, so I wanted to take a shot at making one, I mean it's hard not to make a neon rainbow pony look pretty bad but I think I did a fairly good job I may edit the leg colors though..

here is the species if you would like the know what on earth I am talking about XD

Used lines since I felt lazy DX

also timer is wrong I ate dinnah

edit: apparently this is not a open species so I am changing her a bit adding a regular tail and making them different ponies

Yeah sorry about this but you can't make this pony without permission.
Its a closed species of pony thats pay-to-make, annnnd you didn't really read the description about them if you didn't know that.
I'd take this down or pay for the rights first.

Read my description please I said that I changed them so they are different ponies and have normal tails ^u^
