Description: Darkpaw is a lithe black she-cat with an irregular patch of grey on her tail. She has amber eyes, and long legs and tail.
Important Notes: Darkpaw is extremely good at hunting and fighting, but hates climbing and swimming.
Name: Cloudpool(This is my friends cat, and she wanted me to review it for her. Thanks! ^^)
Description: Cloudpool is grey with lighter stripes and green eyes.
Important Notes: Cloudpool is a great climber and swimmer, being Darkpaw's mentor, and she is average at hunting.
Darkpaw
Name Suggestion: Darkfang
Name Reasoning: Since she's equally good at fighting and hunting, she should earn the -fang suffix, as that signifies someone who excels in both. Keep in mind that, generally, -fang cats are not explicitly fantastic at both, but they certainly are a step or two above the average, because they divide their time into honing both skills.
Cloudpool
Rate: 8/10
Type: Canonical
Reasoning: I'd offer to make her a light grey cat with somewhat darker stripes rather than a grey cat with lighter stripes, since cats usually don't have stripes lighter than the rest of the cat.
Onto the actual important stuff!
I've talked about -pool before, and the bottom line of it is that if it wants to convey a good swimmer, -stream already does that, and if it wants to convey a wise cat, cats earn wiseness as they get older - a cat would be considered wise when they're near the elder's den. Cats are not naturally more wise than others.
Since she is a good swimmer and climber, we have two possible suffixes that depend entirely on which one she's better at.
Alternative Name: Cloudstream/Cloudtail. If she's better at swimming, use -stream. If it's climbing she excels at, use -tail.
