1. Have you ever posted art in any of the oekaki boards before?: yes.

2. Have you ever posted art in the oekaki weekly challenge board before? If so, how many times have you joined the challenge?: none actually.

3. Do you think that the oekaki challenge time limit (1 week) is enough time? If you think it's too short, how long do you think each challenge should last?: I think its enough time, but I think maybe you could have one or two extension days afterwards, just incase.

4. Do you think the old themes should be used again sometimes for people who missed them?: I think maybe if you start a challenge on thursday, you could kind of do a throwback thursday challenge, where we do an old theme.

5. What do you think about the themes we've used so far? (some examples were to draw your fursona as another species, or to design a character inspired by the current season I think there pretty unique and nice, so yeah.

6. If you're someone who uses the oekaki but doesn't use the weekly challenge board - tell us why you don't use it: well I mean I dont really have a lot of time to go and perfect / improve / clean up my artwork a bit to enter into a contest with other great artists here on CS. I would enter personally, but considering my quality of artwork compared to winners, I think ill pass ^^ art may not be my strong point, but I do enjoy art in general.

1. Have you ever posted art in any of the oekaki boards before?: no, but I want to
2. Have you ever posted art in the oekaki weekly challenge board before? If so, how many times have you joined the challenge?:
3. Do you think that the oekaki challenge time limit (1 week) is enough time? If you think it's too short, how long do you think each challenge should last?: Maybe 2 weeks? - for really intense themes you could even introduce one for a month time limit
4. Do you think the old themes should be used again sometimes for people who missed them?: I've never really minded missing some
5. What do you think about the themes we've used so far? (some examples were to draw your fursona as another species, or to design a character inspired by the current season). I thought they were cool, especially as I (though not on oekaki) only really draw people, which isn't often the most popular subject matter, but it still allows me to enter :D
6. If you're someone who uses the oekaki but doesn't use the weekly challenge board - tell us why you don't use it: Well, I just need to get into oekaki in general. I like looking at it, but as I don't have a tablet I find it hard to join in

1. Have you ever posted art in any of the oekaki boards before?: Yes
2. Have you ever posted art in the oekaki weekly challenge board before? If so, how many times have you joined the challenge?: Yes, only once
3. Do you think that the oekaki challenge time limit (1 week) is enough time? If you think it's too short, how long do you think each challenge should last?: I think a week is good enough, if you start exactly when the challenge starts youll have no problem, but it also depends if your busy that week or not.
4. Do you think the old themes should be used again sometimes for people who missed them?: i wouldnt mind reusing the old themes.
5. What do you think about the themes we've used so far? (some examples were to draw your fursona as another species, or to design a character inspired by the current season) I think they are fun and creative i love the whole idea of these oekaki boards, kt allows you something to think about before randomly doodling
6. If you're someone who uses the oekaki but doesn't use the weekly challenge board - tell us why you don't use it: Well most of the time i find myself not really into the challenge posted that week, i love the challenges in all, but sometimes id just rather go draw a species that just popped into my head.

1. Have you ever posted art in any of the oekaki boards before?:
Yep, most definitely. c:

2. Have you ever posted art in the oekaki weekly challenge board before? If so, how many times have you joined the challenge?:
Yes, but sadly only once so far (not counting a recolor I did of it for a friend). I've been really interested in many of the challenges but I either get too busy and don't get around to joining in before they end or I forget about doing them all together. :c

3. Do you think that the oekaki challenge time limit (1 week) is enough time? If you think it's too short, how long do you think each challenge should last?:
The 1 week limit isn't really all that bad in my opinion, though I think if it was raised to 2 weeks (bimonthly) instead it could be better. And it could possibly allow for more time to come up with themes and such.

4. Do you think the old themes should be used again sometimes for people who missed them?:
Yes! I'd love to be able to have the chance to do one of the previous ones I may have missed. Not that I couldn't do them on my own of course, lol, but it's more fun to actually do them when everyone else is, if you know what I mean. xD

5. What do you think about the themes we've used so far? (some examples were to draw your fursona as another species, or to design a character inspired by the current season)
I've loved pretty much all of them so far. Though I especially like the ones that involve using our personal characters/fursonas, CS pets, and unique animals (such as endangered or exotic species, etc) that get people to think of things other than the usual wolves, dogs, and cats all the time. Variety is the spice of life, right? There are other equally amazing species out there that deserve just as much love and attention and often aren't even known about. And let's face it, it's a great quality to have for an artist if you can draw more than just one subject. :)
*is such a hypocrite falling back on drawing canines all the time* xD

6. If you're someone who uses the oekaki but doesn't use the weekly challenge board - tell us why you don't use it:
As I previously mentioned, when I don't use it it's usually either because I've gotten too busy to draw or I just plain forget about the challenges. I'd definitely like to see some kind of announcement for them, either on the front page or somewhere else it could be easily seen (without being too in your face, because I'm sure not everyone would appreciate seeing it all the time, lol). It would be very helpful and I might just join in more often if I have that extra little nudge to remind me about them, lol. ^^

1. Have you ever posted art in any of the oekaki boards before?:
- Yes, several times.

2. Have you ever posted art in the oekaki weekly challenge board before? If so, how many times have you joined the challenge?:
- Yes, I´ve done it twice.

3. Do you think that the oekaki challenge time limit (1 week) is enough time? If you think it's too short, how long do you think each challenge should last?:
- Personally, I think that one week is a good time limit.

4. Do you think the old themes should be used again sometimes for people who missed them?:
- Yes, that would be nice! Not too often though.

5. What do you think about the themes we've used so far? (some examples were to draw your fursona as another species, or to design a character inspired by the current season)
- To be honest, I don´t always check the weekly challange board. If I feel stressed and know I won´t be able to participate, I often don´t even check out what theme it is... But I have liked the themes I´ve seen so far!

1. Have you ever posted art in any of the oekaki boards before?: Yes
2. Have you ever posted art in the oekaki weekly challenge board before? If so, how many times have you joined the challenge?: 8 times. I had planned to do more though, but haven't from mostly forgetting.
3. Do you think that the oekaki challenge time limit (1 week) is enough time? If you think it's too short, how long do you think each challenge should last?: No, it isn't too short. After all, if someone got in a piece of art right away and they had to wait two weeks, that would be too long to wait.
4. Do you think the old themes should be used again sometimes for people who missed them?: If it's just one repeated challenge once in a while but new challenges are still common, I'd be fine with it.
5. What do you think about the themes we've used so far? I've liked them.
6. If you're someone who uses the oekaki but doesn't use the weekly challenge board - tell us why you don't use it: When I forget, I don't use it.

Also, I really like the submitting challenges idea, it sounds fun and I would love to do it!

1. Have you ever posted art in any of the oekaki boards before?: Yes
2. Have you ever posted art in the oekaki weekly challenge board before? If so, how many times have you joined the challenge?: Yes, once.
3. Do you think that the oekaki challenge time limit (1 week) is enough time? If you think it's too short, how long do you think each challenge should last?: I think one week is nice, I feel like "two-week challenge" is pushing it a bit and a month long challenge would definitely be a little much.
4. Do you think the old themes should be used again sometimes for people who missed them?: Sure! I don't see anything wrong with that, as long as there's an appropriately spaced amount of time between reuses.
5. What do you think about the themes we've used so far? I personally think that you guys have been rather creative with them so far, I like them c:
6. If you're someone who uses the oekaki but doesn't use the weekly challenge board - tell us why you don't use it:
I do use it, but I'll take this space to make a suggestion to you; create a forum sticky for users to suggest weekly challenges. If you're ever running low on ideas, this might keep the "crazy themes" to a minimum c:
It might also be helpful to have a list of all the pervious challenge themes on this thread, so that users don't suggest something that's already been done.

I hope it all works out, I really like browsing the weekly challenge board and I do hope it's going to stay there c:

1. Have you ever posted art in any of the oekaki boards before?: (if your answer is no, please skip question 2 and 3) yes, I mainly post in the beginners or sketches since I am not very good at drawing on a computer at all.
2. Have you ever posted art in the oekaki weekly challenge board before? If so, how many times have you joined the challenge?: no
3. Do you think that the oekaki challenge time limit (1 week) is enough time? If you think it's too short, how long do you think each challenge should last?: I don't think it's enough time. Maybe you could make a weekly challenge, but then a monthly challenge board as well? I don't have time to sit and draw for hours anymore, but can sit down and work slowly at something. A week doesn't give me much time to finish what I want to draw, but I feel like a monthly challenge would be easier.
4. Do you think the old themes should be used again sometimes for people who missed them?: yes, I think it is a good idea to re use them. Maybe have people who already posted in old challenges remake what they have already drawn to see improvements?
5. What do you think about the themes we've used so far? (some examples were to draw your fursona as another species, or to design a character inspired by the current season) I liked them, I didn't have time to participate, but did like to look through and see what everyone else was posting, and drawing. c:
6. If you're someone who uses the oekaki but doesn't use the weekly challenge board - tell us why you don't use it: I just don't have time to draw something in a week. I am not the best artist, but do like to take my time drawing, and for me a week is too short. I save things and work on them as I have time, but do maybe an hour of drawing then save the picture, and do another hour or so when I have time. I like the idea behind it, but I can't just sit and draw to have something done in a week. c:

Thank you for reading, and also giving the opportunity to put my opinion out there. I appreciate it!
