I am constantly on CS. I live in the US, but (odd as it may seem) tend to be more active at (my) nighttime. This gives me free/lots of time. If i am busy however, i can assure you that i will PM you ahead of time. If i don't get a chance to, which will happen rarely if at all, i promise it will be for only an extremely exceptional reason.
