Does a Floc need a solid dedicated thread, or would it be okay to keep all its info on a single dedicated post on an overall character thread (like the one in my signature)?

And just how do you go about registering a name for a stream-won one? Since I only saw a thing for applying for catharsis, I just want to be sure of where to put all my Floc's info ^^ Thanks!

I'll be looking mostly at Floc ID#'s, so as long as you have the Floc's name
somewhere on its thread that's perfectly legitimate C:
Also, a post in a character thread is definitely acceptable for your Floc ^^/
