I don't think 2nd gen litters should be made because that basically destroys the point of paying to breed your cats, no?

Perhaps. But the 2nd gen litters would either be 2 cats that belonged to me, or 2 cats belonging to someone else. If it was someone else's cats, they would not be allowed to adopt one of the kittens. Everyone else could though.

Oh, I see... If you do go through with this, then [ because I do like the idea ] I think you should have to pay to get your pets as a 2nd gen litter. I wouldn't like to see you losing currency through this.
