To be honest, I only use paint for the designs and stuff. I don't need you to do transparent backgrounds though, all you have to do is create designs or outlines then submit them to me. it's simple.

Umm... Hm... Good question. I honestly have no idea. All of my computers already came with it installed, and it's pretty much just a simple designer. Like, I'm being serious! There's nothing special about it. But, that's why I use it because it's simple and easy.

I actually use dA mural for my adopts *shh* All I do is establish the line art, then before I color it is just make sure it's saved. If it's saved, then I can just bring up the line art and color it. But i'll ask my dad to do some searching for Paint in our computer ^^
