Hi there, at the moment I'm looking for some artists to help me with this species. I currently have a few, who are great, but I'm looking for three-five more.
Before you rush ahead because you like this species, read through my rules and consider whether you'd be good for this role.

- Dreamcatchers are a tiny breed of horse; they only reach 30cm at full height, and the males tend to be taller.

- When a human child is born, a dreamcatcher is also born, no-one quite knows how because they are not truly assigned to their human until they are five - As an untrained foal would be useless fighting against a nightmare and most children are too innocent to begin having nightmares any earlier.

- The mane, tail and eye nebula are made of dreams. Good dreams.

- Because they are so light they are able to float through the air.

- A dreamcatcher stallion often gives a mare jewellery for their horns to show they love them.

- The dreamcatcher mares have an eye nebula {the trail behind their eye} while the males dont.

- They will stay with you until you die, but once you die their symbiotic bond with you is severed and they also pass on, to "The Dream World" - The Dream World is where they get their rest from nightmares, a reward for fighting nightmares, some may even call it an eternal slumber.

{{ I have the right to cancel this competition, or finish it early - which I truly hope won't happen but there's a lot going on in my life at the moment - it's more likely that it will end later that I initially aim for.
{{ You cannot keep/adopt out your design, if I catch someone doing that you will be reposrted and disallowed from ever being an artist.
{{ There are species rules as well as competition rules and I entirely expect you to follow those.

Species rules;

✔ Stallions tend not to have horn jewellery either because they have at one point had and given it away/not ever had horn jewellery however it is not impossible for the stallions to not have jewellery.
✔ The manes also tend to be one colour or different shades of a colour... However, it's not uncommon for them to be multiple colours
✔ To make them unique; you are allowed to add rarer/unnatural markings {which includes tribal markings/patterns} but the base coat has to be natural.
✔ Line edits are OK as long as they are neat and look natural, however DC's do not have wings or horns.
✔ You are allowed to make your own BG's!
✔ Use lock-alpha.
✔ There are layers called 'mane highlights' ect. which you can colour to make them suit the mane, such as if you had a pink mane, the mane highlights would be a blue/navy colour, so they wouldn't suit the drawing, just have fun and mess around with it a little bit. c:

✗ Stallions do not have the eye nebulae. {The bit which flows out of the back of the eye.}
✗ They are almost never black -- because that is what the nightmares are; they are good, so are lighter colours. The closest they ever get to black is a dark grey and even that is extremely rare - they are primarily natural horse coat colours.
