I really like your secondary entry (and this edit is really adorable)
I'm just not too sure about the designs on the face- they seem a little bit random
If you can do a better job incorporating that idea into the rest of the design, that'd be great!

The facial designs were supposed to be like leaves, while the body was more based on roots. When I'm at my computer, I'll see what I can do^^

I think I'm not too crazy about the way that works with the rest of the red (which you should make slightly less pink)
But I'm gonna add you as a guest artist because I really like your secondary design C:
