I have a suggestion for that.
So, there could maybe be a little Puffball store or something, kind of like the Sima Store. Users could purchase a revamp and either they or an artist could do it. They could also buy other stuff such as contacts (To make the eyes a different color), etc...

After more puffballs are made without the helicopter, is there a chance that the helicopter puffballs will become rare? eue

Yes. There will be no more made with helicopter. There weren't many made, so they are all now very rare.
