Moon Wolves Adopts -- CONTEST! OH YESSSSS :D

Moon Wolves are elusive and mysterious creatures at best. They stay to the shadows and are very hard to contain. Lucky for you, I have the secret to their capture--which I am not giving away.

But since I'm so very generous, I'm giving you the offspring of my captured wolves. There's one thing though. They only breed on the full moon and the new moon. Each are a couple weeks apart, so you'll have to be vigilant.

The wolves only have 2-6 offspring, and give birth within a couple days of the full/new moon. They travel alone and non-stop. The only break in their continuous walk is to gaze upon the moon to see what phase it is in.

MUTATIONS:

There are several mutations which can form in Moon Wolves. They range from common to weird.

Very Common- your everyday basic wolf shape...only liable to have unnatural colors. Also, these wolves have a 100% breeding rate--which means they can produce AT LEAST 2 wolves.

Common- Bobtailed Moon Wolves. These dogs are generally female and rather loud and boisterous. The occasional male has a 50% chance of producing offspring.

Uncommon- Though these uncommon wolves have wings, they rarely are seen airborne. The night sky is sacred to them.

Rare- These are the most sociable of the Moon Wolves, because they love having other wolves around to cause mischief. These wolves WILL NOT breed with the Winged Moon Wolves because they are exact opposites and the Winged Moon Wolves aren't as easily tricked.

Weird- Hmm...whoever said two heads are better than one may be wrong. Though they do have twice as much brain as any of the other wolves, they also fight twice as much. This hinders their process through the woods, making their capture much easier. But they are very VERY rare. Like you're lucky if you actually get to see one.

Breeding Procedures:
Once we have a desirable amount of studs up, I will post the breeding code. If you have two of your own dogs, you may breed those automatically (if there are slots open). But if you want to breed with another person's dog, you will have to have their permission + a post from them confirming you have their permission. That way there can be no sneaky business.

Once I have made the eggs, each of the Moon Wolves owners get to choose 1 egg from the group, the person who posted the form choosing first.

Price: 2 commons or 1 uncommon gets you a breeding. 1 rare gets you 2

TRADING

Not everyone is satisfied. 'What you see is what you get' doesn't exactly fly here. Trading is the best way I can come up with this.

Naw, sorry. unless, of course, I'm posting for Mods/Artists. Then yes, you probably can be. :D

When do you release Moon Wolves?
Every full moon and every new moon. Sometimes I'll release more than one batch.

Can I name my wolf?
Yes. Any random name you want. And, you can also wait until they are grown up to name them.

OMG, WHY DOES MY WOLF HAVE A MALE/FEMALE SIGN ON IT?
OMG, all of the wolves come pre-gendered, but you can change the gender using potions.

What are potions?
Potions are items in the shop used to genetically alter the appearance/gender/whatever of your Moon Wolf

When will my Moon Wolf grow up?
Within 2-5 days of it being adopted by yourself. Because who likes to wait?

How many stages are there?
2. Egg and adult. Simple, yes?

Are you gunna have a sub-species?

Well, I'll send you a code through PM. Then you can post it in your signature.

How do I breed my Moon Wolf?
Lol, you see, when a male and female have strong feelings for each other...You post a breeding form with your male and female wolf in it, then I create a litter based off of the two's markings. :D you get to keep one of your Moon Wolves offspring to keep. For more detailed stuff, go look at the breeding section on the first post.

What about contest?
Actually, I'm going to hold several contests over the course of this shop (which will hopefully be a very long time). So keep your eyes peeled. :D
