With bats and such there are always either four or five in the litter so it's still the one per clutch rule even for whitelist members as the last two clutches were, the two per clutch is mainly for ducks as of now

I'm really sorry but the two you posted forms for are already taken but I will possibly be releasing 1 or 2 more from that clutch when I have the chance to design them since I had a few more design ideas I didn't get to do ^^
