Entry for PoisonIvy's contest I really like the way he turned out if i don't win, he'll probably be put in my adoption center to be adopted out (so if anyone else wants him, start thinking of a story you'll really have to win me over to get him)

NEON/GLOWING COLOURS - ! - i'm pretty sure you can tell that on your own
TRIBAL MARKINGS - ! - not many, but the markings by his left eye, on his back, on his tail, and on his legs are supposed to be them
COMPLICATED DESIGNS - ! - Well, his design is complicated for me
RAINBOW COLOURS - ! - Maybe not so much "rainbow" but he does have quite a few colors
PAINT SPLATS - ! - the purple and lime green markings are paint splats with my own twist
BANGS - ! - he's got them! they are blue to match the markings on his legs
WINGS - ! - i'm not the best at wings, but i'm ok at chibi ones
FAVOURITE COLOURS : BLUE,GREEN YELLOW AND BLACK - !,!,! - he has all of them :3
