What is a Mippi?

Mippi is a small hyperactive mammal closely related to pikas. The name 'Mippi' originates from the high pitched 'meep' sound they use to communicate with each other. Their body are short, covered in long dense fur to keep them warm in their cold tundra-like habitat. The horns on their head are covered in velvety fur and generally not harmful as they only use these to protect themselves in the nature. Mippis are naturally very social, living in a group of at least 2 individuals [though a group of 20+ are not a rare sight!], and help each other build a series of underground burrow to sleep in, raise their young, and hoard food for winter; such as grass hay, grains and seeds. Because of their fun and loving personality and small size, they are very popular amongst people who do not have much space for larger pet. Would you like to adopt one today?

Explanation: This name immediately came to me when I saw her. Her design flows like the waves and tides of the sea, but I didn't want her name to be something simple and meaningless. So the name Celia just has a ring to it that flows with perfect perfection to her beautiful design. to start with its a mippi name i am dying to use, doesn't it sound like a good simple name? not fancy or hard to spell but fits well. his hetero-chromatic eyes endear me as also tide is the rise and fall of the sea so the blue and green reflect its name but isnt obvious. onto design, the dark background lighter swirling patterns remind me of ripples on the seas surface, these 'riptides' running along the design is simple yet effective. riptide also sums up what i think he is; a passive mippi with
a sting in his tail!
