Background story/ Bio: I wasn't always this way. It all started one dark Halloween. My next door neighbor had just moved in. He seemed like a friendly guy, he even had a friendly name -bob. I was the day before Halloween. I was trying on my costume with friends. I was a zombie fennec with stitches. Now we got in our costumes, my friend Moonie and I. XD we were so excited! we pranced all around scaring everyone in sight. I glanced at my neighbors house, and all of a sudden I saw a witch where my neighbor was standing. Now I thought it was a costume, and didn't worry about it. After hours of prancing about Moonie and I went to bed. In the morning we pranced about again. I took another look out the window, and this time my neighbors house had been transformed into a haunted house. "Hey Bob!," I shouted "whats that thing?". "Its a haunted house dummy! You'll find out more tonight... If you dare.." said Bob. Then he disappeared. I was excited. Our past, then it was time to go trick or treating! Moonie and I went from house to house. "Trick or treat"! Of course they gave us treats, for they didn't want tricks. Then we went to my neighbor Bob's house. Moonie got scared and didn't want to go in. So I went in. "Trick or treat!!" I said when I rang the doorbell. "There you are you little zombie", said Bob in a wicked voice. He was a witch for Halloween, and looked very realistic. I have something special for you ^_^. I made a roller coaster, why dont you go on? "Okay," I thought. Its my neighbor so I trust him. I stepped into the roller coaster car. "Relax", he whispered. I put my seat belt on. Then the ride started, it wasn't that scary, little plastic ghosts jumped out and said "BOO!". "Meh, this isn't scary", I said. "Its not?", I heard a whisper. I was Bob's voice. "Then let me make it scary >D!!", he screamed. Red lights flashed, and something grabbed my arm. I wanted to leave, I was freaking out! But whatever was holding me wouldnt let me go. All of a sudden a fog machine went off, and it was so thick I couldn't breathe. I started to loose conscience. When I awoke I was in a chair unable to move. "Dont think my ride is scary eh? Then Ill make you scary!" said Bob. "Whats going on?" I said. " Well little one, I am actully a witch. One thing I hate more than anything is to not be called scary. So Im going to make YOU scary"!! I fell asleep again. When I awoke I was a zombie. But not all the way. Just stitches on my body. "Bob! You turn me back! Youuuu know, someone is going to know I'm not normal." I screamed. "Don't worry I am a witch, and changed everyone's memory to make you always seem like that. And I didn't turn you into a full zombie because I feel generous today."
So that's my story, thats how the fennec became today!

The totured life of one unwanted is made even worse when sed one wants to be wanted. All the other Halloween creatures were noticed by others, scared by others, and sometimes befriended by others. But that does not go for Drakian. "Eww, run from the zombie thing! He's such an outcast!" Everyone judged, and with such cruelty. He hadn't one person to rely on, only a selfish Raven that would spare him a word every once and a blue moon.
"Rraawwkk! I sssseee you are alone yet again, young Drakian. Poor thing. But of coursssse, I can alwaysss give you a tasssk. Feel free to go and get me sssome of the food gathered by thossse little monssstersss over there."
But of course, since he was rejected by society, he ignored the bird's quest and went on, alone and heartbroken. There was no one for him, no friend in the world. With a cut off sob, Drakien looked to the sky, the moon illuminting everything in its path. A bird flew under it for a moment, causing an ominous, dark shadow. The raven was still expecting something.

So he entered the graveyard, picking up small pieces of dropped ribbon and candy wrappers. Spirits danced around him, careful to avoid contact, laughing and moving in swift tugs. Even they knew a friend. So with the ribbons in his mouth he ran far away, not noting where exactly he was going. It was much to late when he entered Relacto's territory. Much,much too late. She had long but seen him, her blind eye working with her senses to track him as he moved. Easy target, easy prey. But something about him seemed familiar to her, not in his looks but his situation. Alone, mocked, lonesome. A reflection of herself. And so she reached out to it.

" Why are you here, on my land? Who gave you permission, for I surely did not? "

She was odd looking, and the glare on her face scared him more.

"N-n-no. I just s-s-tumbled here. I promise I'll leave!"
But she caught him by his tail with her claws, forcing him to the ground.
"Why go back? You have no one. Stay here, with me"
She expected an easy yes, but the look on his face was hesitant and unsure.
" Perhaps not. "
He stood, shaking, afraid to say no but terrified to say yes. And his instincts made him run, faster, faster yet. Away from her, away from her grasp. But as he returned to the land of his birth, a sudden noise and sensation brought on blackness.
"Hmm. Wake up." Relacto shook him curiously with her paw. "Please, wake up."
He came to in a frenzy, the action made worse by a few bats flying overhead. Leaping to his feet was another automatic action, but it drenched him in pain and left him laying.
"Please, leave me alone..."
She seemed to smirk, and grabbed him, placing him on her back and moving back into her darkness home. He was powerless against Relacto, and so he remained silent and passive.
When she returned to the small cut out in the cliff where she lived, she set him down gently on a small bed of damp grass. He was too tired to say much.
"I'll ask once more, please remain here. If you were curious, mischevious little monsters are the one behind your pain. They don't want you. But I'd enjoy another being."
He looked up at Relacto, his young eyes meeting her older, wiser ones. It was true. No one wanted him. Except her. And so he accepted.
"Yes." His voice was weak and quiet, but sure. She simply smiled, and lay down to sleep. He finally had a friend to call his own.

btw- They aren't mates. In this, he's much, much younger than she, he''s only a pup. So she basically takes him as her own. If i win him, then he will be put in my characters and tied in with her.

Question time ^-^ and I hope I've not just missed this, the majority of pages since the event was posted were just forms, so I might have, but don't think I did.

anywho,
1. Right before you announced the event you stated that this was the 1st half of it..........so is there another half to come before the end of this one or was that the zombie fennec?
2. if this is still just the first half, does the rule that you can only apply once for the draw include the second half?

Because I love one of the ones in this round, but would hate to miss out on the epicness that you create.
Sorry if I missed this somewhere, I'm usually good about catching that kind of stuff. ^_^
