Bottle dont matter when it comes to being rare.
Souls that are one color (Their glow can be mulit) Are common
Souls with many colors (not their glow) Are unlikely to show up often
Demons are some what Rare
Arch Angels are Super Rare

Soul generally likes to notify when new souls are up for adopt but to keep up with all the artists, I suggest it's best just to keep an eye out on all the threads for possible hints of new souls up for adopt or keep an eye on the main thread hope it helps
