Name: Aspen
Gender: Female
Virtues: Aspen's virtues are her sense of adventure. The courage to know that she could die in the next step. Taking risks that could put her life on the line. Aspen has very good sight, and she understands Pips better when she reads them. She can sense feelings and see them in eyes, it helps when someone needs a friend. Through her eyes, the world is more like a game. *Use that branch and this stone to get up to the tree branch.* She never see's things in a serious light and that just makes her fun to be around. She notices many things too. She could see a beetle creeping out from a rock 20 meters away. Her eyes catch things most would not see. All of these things give her the risky, brave side which in her case....is anything but a flaw.
Flaws: Aspens flaw is her rudeness. She can interrupt a lot, and she doesn't even realize she has. Aspen likes to talk and it usually gets her in trouble because she can't stay quiet. She also has a problem with sitting still. Her paws always itch to be bounding through the leaves and climbing trees and swimming rivers and leaping canyons! Not sitting on boring dirt, listening to a story or being lectured. She is probably one of the most annoying Pips too. She is always dropping out of trees onto everyone and squashing them to death. Or starting play fights in the middle of a big speech. In the end, really Aspen just can't sit still. And its drives everyone crazy.
Meaning of Charm: Aspen has the charm of a leaf. And oak leaf to be precise. She had the charm since she was a youngster, just opening her eyes. The first thing Aspen saw was the tree she was born in. A giant oak with long, reaching limbs and stubborn roots. Like her family. Small buds lined the tree and only a few leaves had shown themselves. Aspen reached her small paws high up and clasped a leaf between them. Pulling it back down, she stared in wonder at the life she held in her paws. It was a delicate thing for sure. Just opened its bud in the past moon. She gaped in delight at it and then began bounding up and down the tree reaching for more until she finally had a collection. When her mother saw this, she smiled...pulled out a charm and attached it to her collar. Aspen looked at the gold charm and murmured "This leaf is golden. Like the sun." Aspen has held onto her charm ever since. She loves the golden leaf as much as she does her family.
