Yeah, purple still isn't a natural color... So it wouldn't be on the markings either.

Certain amounts of unnatural color are okay for the markings. c:
But base colors will never be like neon pink, unless theres some event. e-e
So you may see CK's with neon pink markings. (eww pink)
