I don't know, but everytime I try to go into the Oekaki is comes up with a pop up box that says "You security settings have blocked and untrusted program" (Or something really close to that.) and the place where the Oekaki normally would be is white and up on the top left corner it has red text that says "Error. Click for details", That's probably more than you want to know though.

I think so, plus, the last few times it was because of that it said something different and I could actually get into my oekaki, but I'll check that out sometime.

Okay, well I didn't actually check to see if it was outdated (Sorry, I know I said I would.), but my brother found the solution, and now it works.
