Name You'd Choose for It: Boipelo, meaning "proud" in Tswana.
Gender: Female
Reason You Want It: I just love the overall nature of the design, very natural, but by itself very up-beat and exuberant. Very energetic, but pleasing to the eye nonetheless. ^^
History/Background/Other: Realistic but upbeat, Boipelo takes life by the horns. She is a strong willed individual who is intimidated by very few things. Among her fears are fire, cars, horses and oddly enough, balloons. It does make it hard to celebrate her birthdays, but nonetheless she manages to pull through. Some of her favorite things would be watching sports, socializing, and eating pudding pie. Boipelo doesn't like to back down, sometimes it is bad in certain situations. She loves watching sports, but on loves playing them even more. She can get very competitive, but not overly aggressive.

I'm planning to have her be some sort of a Border Collie mixture, with sleek fur yet a very plush tail. I'm sure I'll draw art of her myself, and order some if I get her. Plus, I am always in need of characters for my comic. I think she'd make a very interesting mix to pop in and give interesting input. ^^

If I get her, I'm sure I'll give her a more interesting history and such. I've put my heart into many forms and didn't get the pet, so I figured I'd type up a little bit, as more of a preview. I'll give her a higher importance later on. ^^
I understand that by adopting this creature I take full responsibility for it.

I know this is a really lame form, but I'd love if I got her. She's so visually pleasing and I've been looking for a character serene like her.

I personally am a sucker for designs with strange blank eyes, as I find them to be more appealing.
His design immediately struck me, and it really brings out that Halloween spirit. <3
History/Background/Other:
I was an 'accident'.
Never meant to be such a creature.

I was once a normal dog. I was jet black with white tipped paws.
Had never once been loved by anyone. I lived in an animal shelter.
Why?
Look deep into my eyes.
No pupils, no cornea, no nothing. Who could possibly look at me without screaming? Parents would cover their children's eyes as they walked by. Even adults would run past my kennel in fear. The only people who didn't run and scream like there was no tomorrow were the staff at the shelter. Sometimes I would turn my back side towards the kennel door to see if anyone would even consider me. But as soon as I turned around and put on my cutest face, I could see the fear in their eyes. I sat there alone, the only place I had to go was up inside my imagination, dreaming of a family kind enough to see the good qualities hiding inside me. I watched as every single pet around me was adopted.
They walked right past me like I didn't exist.

A tall, slender women with bright blue eyes and long curly brown hair opened my kennel door.
"Hi there Zephy", She said in a soft, gentle voice. She then scooped me up and held me. Soon a bulky man with gray hair and small glasses resting on his nose approached the women. "Shall we begin?" He asked her with a bright warm smile planted on his face.
The women nodded, and we walked into a dark room. It was full of machines and robotic parts. I shuddered in fear at the sight of it all. The women set me on a stretcher-like table, putting metal cuffs around my paws which made it impossible to escape. I at that point I lost all tolerance for the women. The man nodded and stuck his thumb up. Suddenly their was a large crash.
"Oh shoot!" The woman cried as she angrily slapped her fist against her palm.
The scent of halloween candy filled my nose. "Candy corn, tootsie-rolls, lolli pops, chocolate candies..." I mumbled under my breath.
I looked down at the floor to see what had fallen. There was nothing to be found. I looked around and spotted a large metal bucket with a tube attached to it connecting to the table I was strapped to. There, out of the corner of my eye I saw the bag of halloween candy. Only a tootsie roll and two jolly ranchers remained.

Suddenly it felt like someone had hit my neck with a hammer. I screeched in terror. My whole body ached.
"Oh Barbara, what have you done?" The man asked shaking his head in disappointment. "This is a disaster", he muttered as he slammed the door open and left the dark room.
My eyelids grew heavy and I suddenly felt exhausted. I fell asleep on the table, my head thumping hard against the cold metal surface. When I woke up I was no longer in the dark room, nor was I strapped to cold metal. I was back in my kennel with a new blanket and a red shiny chew toy.
"A dream?" I though looking around at my kennel to make sure it was the same. I felt something gripping my neck. I looked down and there was a black collar with orange, white and yellow spikes poking out of it. Pretty cool... I thought with a feint smirk on my face.
Until I turned around and saw my back, that is. A large orange cob web pattern that seemed to glow stretched across my back and onto my back paws.
"The heck..." I stuttered, only to be even more shocked when I looked up. My ears were like pieces of candy corn. Yellow, then orange, and tipped white. My tail was the same. I shook my head in confusion. But when I took a second look, it was clear this was no dream. A small girl walked up to my kennel. She took me home and fed me, treated me better than anyone else.
Life is good.
I understand that by adopting this creature I take full responsibility for it.
