Would inbreeding be allowed on this, considering Grape and Melodramatic came from the same litter?
And if inbreeding is allowed, is there a side-effect such as stunted growth, mutations, etc?

Probably mutations, but that would be a very rare event. So, yes inbreeding is allowd, but there is a chance of having mutations that are very rare.
