Use: So, I've recently starting working on an idea for a comic, called Freakshow. It's set some years into the future, in a world where humanity is at war with each other and the world is slowly collapsing, and it is about this strange laboratory that genetically modified creatures' DNA, whether by merging it with another species, or simply tampering with it and seeing what the outcome would be. They're creating tools for the war, something they believe will give them an advantage. However, this laboratory burns down, and a handful of the creature escape. This character would be one of them, a member of the main cast. They run into the wild, finding that it was not what they expected. However, the surviving scientists and a few of the 'successful' experiments, are hunting our main cast down, for horrible things would happen if they were discovered.

Anyway, I'm not sure if I'm gonna actually go through with this story, but I'm working on character designs and I'm really excited for it. However, should I end up not doing this comic, and I get this character, I will still use him! Oh yes! I will use him in all sorts of art, and probably roleplays, too. He's too pretty to let go to waste.

Name: "Uh, hey, my name is Amitola."

→ Amitola is a Native American male name that means "rainbow". This name comes from a legend that says that the first colorful picture was painted on the clouds by a young Indian chief named Amitola.
Gender: "I'm a guy."

→ This lion is male.
Age: "Probably something like seventen in human years... I dunno, it's hard to keep track of time when you're cooped up in a laboratory pretty much all of your life."

→ Amitola is approximately seventeen in human age.
Species: "Originally a normal lion cub, until they modified my DNA at a very young age. I mean, yeah, I'm still a lion, but... different looking."

→ He is a lion.
Sexuality: "While I'm not all that interested in love, if I had to choose, I'd probably go for the ladies. Not that any females are gonna be interested in me any time soon..."

→ While he's not looking for love, Amitola is straight/heterosexual.

Personality: "You want to know about my personality? Ahah... uhh.. how do I explain my own behavior? Wouldn't it be easier to just get to know me personally?"

→ At first, Amitola is a bit shy around those he doesn't know, much like the others that he escaped with. This is a result of being forced into almost complete isolation for most of his life (which the small exception of occasionally being able to see his friends). However, it doesn't take much to get him to warm up to you. While he's usually mistrustful of others at first, and always a bit afraid of being hurt or betrayed, he is quite a trustworthy character. He's quite good at keeping secrets.

However, even when he does open up to you, he's still a little quiet and soft spoken. He's actually a little socially awkward, and he's afraid of saying something and messing up.

Use ;; Oh wow. So like, I saw this beauty the first time he was posted and I just. Wow. I sat there stunned for a while, awed by the utter grace he emanated. I knew that the moment he was put up for adoption, I would try out for him. He looks like a lot of fun to draw, and he's just a really unique character, in my opinion. I love species hybrids (which, if you look at his page on dA, you'll see that he's a mix of three different species, but more on that later).

So anyway, I'd use this character for a bunch of different, obviously mainly art, but with the personality that I'm coming up with for him, I think he'd be a lot of fun to roleplay. But also, I think I'm going to write a story about him, too. Probably not anything much, just a fun little mini-project or something. But I'm getting a lot of ideas for him so hhhhhhhhhh~ :3

→ Augustus is a Latin name meaning "venerable" or "majestic", and is derived from the Latin word "augere", meaning "to increase". Inzei is the Japanese word for "royalty". He does not like to be called anything other than his name. While Gus is sometimes considered a common nickname for "Augustus", he will have a fit if you call him this. He believes it sounds lowly and peasant-like.

Use: A member of my large family of characters who are in the process of getting a story ( I'm working on it!) about all of them. It all takes place on a small island called pear island (in the region of Oceania possibly?) and some of the residents are shipwreck survivors or got caught into rivers on the mainland then they got swept into the sea and then found by a patrol boat and brought to shore. And some where born there and some have just always been.......

Personality: If I had to describe her in under ten words I would say: Brave very clumsy funny generous prankster sweet and quiet helpful (most of the time). She is one of those who is very quite yet when they open their mouth they will be listened to!
History/Background: During a hunt she spotted a injured deer running into a small cave and Sha'tella called after the others on the hunt that she found a cave and the deer she was chasing was trapped in it. But the other hunters never heard her....(fast forward three days) She was still in the cave after she found a river running about a half a mile underground from the forest she called home. And she stopped to drink a little water from the river when she heard movement behind her and she jumped and fell into the river and got swept downstream until she was rescued by a lioness who introduced herself as Leonessa this is the conversation that followed.... :
(Sha'tella) where.... where am I? And w..who are you?
(Leonessa)My name is Leonessa and you are in a place called Pear island (in the region of Oceania) I found you when I was out looking for shells on the beach.
(Sha'tella) Ok can you tell me where on this island I am?
There are two main areas on the island we are on the southern tip in the feline territory on the felines and to the north is the territory of the canines we live together in near harmony although few fights happen every year around winter when food is scarce we still have plenty to live off of but we all try to conserve our food so it lasts longer.
(Sha'tella) Wow! How long has this place been here?
(Leonessa) As long as anybody can remember I have found a small collection of writings that are from centuries ago! I hope to one day find out how this all began and why? I know how other animals came here from the mainland but how did you get here?
(Sha'tella) Well the last thing I remember is I was in a cave and I heard a noise behind me and then I woke up here?
(Leonessa) Perhaps we can find a way for you to fit in or possibly find a way to return you to the mainland no ships come this way and we have no radio to contact the mainland the only way we hear of whats happening is via a radio but we cant send signals with it.
(Sha'tella) May I have a look at it?
(Leonessa) Perhaps how about I show you the camp first? And introduce you to Sapphire one of the leaders of the camp.
(Sha'tella) Ok!
(Leonessa) I think I know somebody you should meet her name is Sapphire she is the leader of the feline camp. She knows ways for new comers like you to fit in and find your niche here on the island
(Sha'tella)...... Ok can you tell me anything about her?
(Leonessa) I can she was raised here on the island like me and she is an old friend who will risk her own life to protect others! I need to check on an older tigress real quick I told her I would be back after beach combing. How about you meet some of the locals I will be back in about twenty to thirty minutes.
(Sha'tella) Ok.

(in the meantime a small lion cub approaches her and here is that conversation)

(Keshevah) Hi my name is Keshevah what is your name?

(Sha'tella) My name is not important now go away please!

(Keshevah) Come on please? I am just going to bug you until you tell me your name!

(Sha'tella) Ok ok ok my name is Sha'tella.

(Keshevah) oooo I like your name!

(Sha'tella) Thank you.

(Keshavah) Later on I am going into the woods to practice hunting wanna come?

(Sha'tella) Sure what did you say your name is again?

(Keshevah) My name is keshevah.

(Sha'tella) Ok thank you for reminding me.

(Keshevah) That's ok we all forget things. So later about 3ish sound good to you? I can show you around and you can show me how to hunt!

➵Coby is Very shy and a bit of a wimp, If he was in a pack he would probably be an omega because of his lack of guts. He tries to be friendly but his shyness always overcomes him and he usually just backs off or runs away, once confronted Coby is known to bow his head and legs into a stretch pose and roll over onto his belly into a submissive pose, up and run or stare at his paws uncomfortably.
History/Background:Coby woke up, it was a week after he was born and he had just opened his eyes yesterday, all his siblings teased him for being weird, it was mainly because he was always sad and didn't like to play. He trudged out of His soggy cardboard box and headed for a puddle of Gooey grey stuff, he licked it, it tasted sweet but mud-like at the same time. His Sister Darted past him and knocked him into the puddle while playing tag with one of his brothers, he Stood up and shook himself off walking out of the puddle and sat at the side. Nobody ever wants to play with me he thought to himself as his vision started to go cloudy, Coby Curled up, deciding to go to sleep.
He awoke the next morning feeling funny, his Tail felt lighter and his ears Were heavier, he looked at himself in a puddle and gasped jumping back My ears and my tail have gone all weird!! he Said to himself."Mooomaaaa!" he cried running towards his mother who gasped and jumped backwards"Mutant!" she gathered up her other pups and ran out of the alleyway leaving poor Coby alone. w.i.p
