Why do you want to be an artist?
I think Talas are a wonderful species <3 They're very unique and look like they would be a lot of fun to design

Experience-
I used to run a sprite shop on a pokemon forum site. I would both make splices/recolors/revamps of existing sprites and create custom sprites. I also would make small animated icons for people (examples below).
I've made stamps, button designs, and banners for people in the past, as well as making my own for different things.
I also used to run an adoption agency on DeviantArt. It's since fallen inactive, but..
And finally, however new it may be, I run the Cabal City adoptable agency here on CS

Time usually online-
Usually in the evening, between 10PM-1AM EST, and often in the morning from about 9AM-12PM. It depends on my work schedule (which fluctuates from week to week). I'm on every day though, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

How many litters could you make a week?
2-3 maybe? Also, I tend to get random bursts of inspiration, so I could easily stack up a large number of litters in an evening that could be "stockpiled" for later use XD

Finally, I believe I could do the blinking/floating animation in the same image if it's an issue if your program not handling it. Or is it just a general rule that it cannot have both? If so, sorry XD I just thought I would offer.
