A red heart, with a few cracks across it's surface. The cracks are sewen up with stitches, with the needle still in.
It's more symbolic than practical.
The heart represents the people hurt. The cracks are the things that hit hard - sickness, grief, bullying, death - and the needle and thread are her, coming along and sewing up the cracks, one by one. In a way, you could call her a counselor, yet she hates the term, claiming it makes her sound old.

Skarlit's talent? Well, what she does is console those who are on the verge of suicide or dying. Comforts them. Many of them are scared teenagers, with no one else to turn to.
